All aspects of our dining experience were great. The only area that bothers me was the built in 20% tip which forces you to accept it regardless of service. Maybe an insider a 15% tip and let the remainder be. The diners choose. We tend to be more than 20% tippers when service and food is great but let us make that decision.
First time at this restaurant and we were looking for a high-end experience without an overload of the pomp and circumstance. WWSC fit the bill to perfection and was even better than expected. We sat in the historic rail car, which is beautifully restored and made for a cozy yet sophisticated dining experience. I have no couth so, at the end of our meal I asked for practially everything but the silverware to be packed up to go in doggy bags - including the leftover Pellegrino!...
