Waterbrook Tasting Room & Restaurant

Each time I visit Walla Walla I include Waterbrook Winery for the beautiful surroundings and fabulous food & service. That was not the case with todays visit, surroundings are still beautiful but the food and service was subpar! The menu has limited choices and the service was lacking - the server forgot to bring my glass of wine, it was necessary for me to go inside to get my own! The wine was comp’d but!! Will be hard pressed to return.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the winery. Their outside seating is comfortable and you enjoy a beautiful view of their pond. We had a mix flight and a white flight plus a caprese chicken sandwich and a Flatbread from their kitchen. 100% recommended! Plus Melanie's service was fantastic. A must visit if you are in the area.

Loved the outdoor sitting area with a pond view.It was so beautiful and calm.

The food was very nice too and there are good options (Even for vegetarians) to order from.

They provided a activity sheet with lots of colors to my kid & he thouroughly enjoyed it & it kept him busy.

Would love to go back to this place & reccommend it to all my friends too.

Hospitality is not a term I think this place has heard of. If I’m served the wrong food at a restaurant I don’t say a word. For me to leave a review speaks volumes. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a place. We left our un drank wine bottle and left. I’m embarrassed to say I recommend this place in the past. The service left the entire group with the feeling of “we couldn’t leave fast enough”

If there was an option for zero stars, this place would be it. My wife and I had a bad experience here before and thought it was an isolated incident. This was the absolute worst service that I’ve ever experienced in a winery. Complete disregard for what customer service is. Will never recommend and will never visit again. Wish the service matched the venue.

Absolutely terrible service in every regard. Complete opposite of what one would expect from such a beautiful venue. Very disappointing. Never coming back again and will never recommend.

Beautiful facility and great kitchen selection for lunch! Two of us even tried our hand at fishing, but no nibbles.

Mediocre wines, slow service, disappointing food, kids running wild, animals on outdoor furniture. Bland food, undercooked bacon on sandwich. Not a winery vibe at all. Too bad as the outdoor portion of the property is really pretty.

Sharing the moment while sharing beverages and food... sipping red and white wine samplers, a Smoked Chicken Sandwich with Bacon, Sweet Potato Waffle Fries, and for dessert the mouth watering Cheesecake Lemon ? topped with sliced strawberries ?

Our waitstaff Jenna was informative, courteous, and provided excellent service.

Thank you Waterbrook! ? Recommend taking in the scenery with a stroll along the path around the pond.

Views are very pretty & the chef did an amazing job the food was incredible! Grilled cheese BLT, sweet potato fries, onion honey cheese curds & the ranch & adobo aioli all very impressive!! They also looked like they had a lot of lawn games & fishing gear set out for their pond. Patio atmosphere was great.

Yuck. Beautiful property but wine is terrible and if you’re expecting any explanation of the wines you are about to drink you will not get it.

Such an amazing winery!! The wine slushies are so refreshing, all of their flights are well priced and not tiny pours, and it’s such a picturesque spot with the pond and willow trees. The food came fast and was so good—highly recommend the flatbreads!
