We stopped in the other night for fish and chips and some drinks. There were a bunch of people in playing pool that were obviously regulars. Two women in particular had clearly been over served and were continuing to get shots. They were so loud and kept yelling and squealing like 12 year old girls despite being in their mid-50s by my best estimate. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bartender wasn't very friendly and didn't really check in on us, but the cook...
Friday all you can eat fish is the best !! The atmosphere is old but nostalgic. Sometimes the staff can be very busy - so go wen you are not in a hurry 😊 the burgers are great too !
It is my Cheers.. Everyone knows my name and I met a great couple.They have great food (bar food) but don't expect fancy sauces.
