The teriyaki for almost $20 was a bit of a letdown. Even doused with the provided teriyaki sauce, there was little flavor and texture almost tasted microwaved instead of fried (which I could hear it was). The steamed veggies didn't come with sauce like many teriyaki places.The rice was good.Overall for the price I really was hoping for teriyaki that would be good, possibly crispy or with some actual fresh texture. This one looked like basic strips of cooked chicken that I could get at Panda Express (but without the fat).

Ok , skeptical about another teriyaki place going in.... This place is so much better then Ichi. Food is fresh with amazing flavor, lots of options for vegetarians, clean environment and amazing service . Jia is super friendly and very customer oriented, does not hesitate to answer any and all questions in a friendly manner. Love this place will be a regular. Glad Jia and her sister picked Washougal for a place to open business.

Went in for first time. It was way after lunch; beings it was first time she let me get lunch special. Meal was great. Got a teriyaki dish; I suggest asking for 2 teriyakis if to go.Kid-friendliness: Small quite place.
First time in. Ordered chicken Katsu and potstickers. Surprisingly good. Chicken tender and potstickers tasty. Restaurant was clean and service was excellent.Only down side no alcohol.

Simply put the teriyaki just isn't good. They don't grill the chicken, it's simply cooked on a flat top and it has no flavor. The teriyaki sauce was fine but otherwise this was bland chicken on a bed of rice. Teriyaki is a pretty simplistic dish so if you have bad chicken it just doesn't work. I highly recommend marinating and grilling your chicken moving forward.

My husband and I shared the chicken and beef combo meal. The best teriyaki we have had! A very nice experience with the most fresh taste. The menu is simple but if you are looking for a classic teriyaki with quality ingredients, that tastes amazing this is it! Additionally the staff was very pleasant and the cost was reasonable. We look forward to returning again.

Ordered Chicken Katsu with Brown Rice and Steamed Veggies and Teriyaki Chicken with White Rice and Steamed Veggies to go. Both were packed with the sauce on the side so they didn’t arrive soggy. Cook was perfect. Appreciated that it wasn’t too salty before adding the sauces. The sauces were also good and not too salty.

Quality food Korean food is fresh and delicious here! All the familiar dishes we know and love!! Wow what a hidden Jen this is! Generous portions and terrific prices m. Pot stickers and spring rolls are only $3.50 for gosh sakes! Right off i5 and hwy 14 spend the wee gas only minutes yes minutes from portland and Vancouver this is a must try destination. All in ahead or stop in and relax beautiful local spot Hats off to downtown WASHOUGAL it's looking good Can't say enough about the high quality and modest prices Support this charming addition to the world of great Asian cuisine! Only open a year we are glad to have this restaurant here!
