Wow here also

Probably best appreciated by beer geeks who know of Wyeast, Charles Porter, sours, farmhouse/saisons, barrel aged beers, and Belgian styles. Their beer is good, and anyone can appreciate it and find something here to drink, though. It would be so much easier, though, if they posted their current taplist on their website, or even on their facebook page. You would also never guess from their website that they had a kitchen with barbecue supplied by Alex Smokehouse. That said, solid beers continue to come out of this place and there aren't a lot of other options in the area for really good beers that aren't the typical IPA/pale ale/stout variety. Decent service and location that used to be Amnesia.

Logsdon was definitely one of the more unique and experimental brewery that we came across on a relatively recent brewery tour and as we passed through Washougal. There was a previous brewery here... which we visited a few years before but that has all changed now. Logsdon focuses on Farmhouse Ales which is always a nice departure from being around heavy and hoppy beers. Farmhouse ales and Saisons tend to have a bit more of a dainty and delicate flavor which if you are a versatile beer drinker would find this as a nice change of pace. There were a lot of options here that were very, very tempting. There were a few collaborative beers and fruited beers that sounded very enticing and so in the end Steven and I went with a taster tray which proved to be a good choice for us. Some favorites were a peach beer and a rosé styled beer which proved to be very enjoyable. The staff was highly knowledgeable of their products and easy to have a conversation with.

Glad to visit the brewery after drinking the beer for several years. Compact space with a dozen seats at the right angle bar, a dozen tables, and a whole lot of beers in a wide range from fantastic, clean lagers to their signature wild fermentation beers. Kind of ridiculous how well they've brewed a huge range of styles. The wild fruit beers are stars and the regular styles (holy moly that oatmeal stout) pitch-perfect. Bar staff is friendly, helpful, and busy even early in the day, as folks clearly understand the craft here. The food smells amazing - there's barbecue, after all - but did not partake. Too obvious a visit for anyone who enjoys craft beer.

Thoroughly enjoyed my wife's order of ceviche. It's probably one of the best ceviches I have ever had. Can't say the same for my chicken wings but hey they are chicken wings and you really shouldn't expect much. Definitely coming back for that ceviche though.

Nice place, I had higher expectations for the beers though. Anyhow, I'll try again next time i'll visit Portland

This place is great. The food is great and the beers are amazing. My favorite is the Subtraction by Addition IPA. Great selection of sours, too.

Raspberry and plumb sour ales. Exceptional. If you have a chance, this place is the bomb. Next level awesomeness. Calling beer snobs, this place is where you want to be. Seriously. This the real deal. The smoked brisket I wanted to ding for the rather high price but I have to say it's the best BBQ I've had since moving from KC. It may, may... equal my own. We will be back. Life is too short to miss out on this place.

Great selection of brews. Good menu from partner Alex Smokehouse. Dog friendly patio (except really hot after 5 ‘cuz of sun and no umbrellas)..we enjoyed shrimp ceviche ($12) & sliders ($3 each).

Great collaboration of Logsdon and Alex Smokehouse. Excellent beers with a lean towards sours and hearty fare. We've enjoyed the mac and cheese (truly decadent with the addition of bacon), the daily special barbacoa bowl, and on a previous visit the pulled pork sandwiches. Everything was delicious and generously portioned. This would be the perfect stop after a day of hiking in the gorge.

Excellent beer, particularly their sours.

YAY! I'm so glad that Logsdon has an active tasting room that is open to the public to visit!! My hubby and I went to the tasting room in downtown Hood RIver several years ago, for a rest from windsurfing. That one in HR didn't really have food options in side, so I am really pleased to see food options! ANd, tables outside that doggo's are allowed to chill with you while you have a beer! THe farmhouse ales are really well-balanced and delicious!! We just had a couple of beers on our first visit, but I look forward to trying some more and having their food menu on their next visit!

Very happy with my experience here! Wonderful beer and even though the menu doesn't reflect, very accommodating for vegans, which is rare in these parts.
