I’ve loved living here these last three years. Having a garage was amazing. I can never live without two bathrooms ever again :)I don’t have any complaints aside from you can’t choose your neighbors. We’d still be here if we hadn’t bought a house.

THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF!! WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED! They say one thing and do another they will rip you off any chance they get. When I moved into the apartment I took pictures of all the issues around so that I would get my deposit back I had it professionally cleaned. Even double checked it myself. The place looks better than when I moved in and they still charged me $150 cleaning fee. For what they said was a couple spots?? Apparently it's a flat fee. I got back a little over $300 or of my almost $700 deposit. On top of that there's a homeless camp they share a fence with which has brought countless problems. Please don't let these people trick you into paying $2,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. They already got away with my money and time. Im just glad I got out. Hopefully I can help someone else from going through what I did.

First time I've had lived in apartment in over forty years these apartments aren't that bad people are nice opposite of nice or two bedroom two bath beautiful

My husband and I rented at Main Street for 6 months while between homes. While an apartment complex, this was a really nice and quiet place to live. Well kept, clean, and newer units. We were on the 3rd floor and had an amazing view of the river. The apt manager (Breanna) was responsive and the maintenance guy that came out, once, did a good job. No complaints here. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a place in Washougal!
