I enjoy most all employees at Starbucks, and my drinks are typically good. However, I feel bad for the employees at the store, their floor manager Tina I believe talks to them so rudely, I understand that you guys are in a rush to get drinks out. But please treat your employees with respect and talk to them in a tone you would want to be talked to by someone in an authoritative position over you. I would not stay here if I was talked to in the tone I heard her talk to them in.

Not much of a complainer but for some reason this location never gets my order right.
I ordered an iced latte and a brown sugar shaken espresso through door dash and the iced latte came with no ice and the brown sugar shaken espresso has no brown sugar or cinnamon.
I usually just ignore the mistakes, but this didn’t even have the ingredients that were in the name of the drink lol.
I didn’t ordered these saying no to anything. Not sure why that was removed from the drink.
If I wanted a shaken espresso I wouldn’t have ordered it as a brown sugar sugar shaken espresso remove brown sugar.

I walked into the establishment.and I Had been riding my bike for Over three hours and had asked for a Complementary water and was refused and told that I must purchase something In order to get a Cup of water!!!

Be weary of the Frappuccinos here. My drink was well overfilled and the second i I applied pressure to pick it up, the top shot off. Took 30 minutes to clean up and scrub any sign of milk to prevent spoiling.

So Starbucks is Starbucks and every drink you order is SUPPOSED to taste the same no matter which store you order it at… don’t hold your breath… these guys have trouble reading your label. You might get cow milk when you order soy. You might get a watered down hot chocolate when you order a mocha. Sad….they used to be amazing! Now… sad

Great location right off of the highway exit. Nice space to sit and work. They have a decent sized outdoor patio for the summer. Their staff is friendly and hard working. Nice stop!

Garbage. Burnt all the shots in my drink. Was like chewing on burnt coffee. Threw it in the trash, waste of 10$. Other drink was decaf, they didn’t write that down so I asked them to remake it. Felt like I was an irritation for asking for my coffee to be made correctly. Didn’t put any of the toppings or whipped cream on the remake. Just handed it to me plain. Bummer to spend 20$ on two coffees and have this experience. I’ll stick with Safeway’s Starbucks. Never have an issue with them.
