Terrible service, accidentally ordered at this location and tried to call 5x to either get a refund or location switched. Not a single answer at all. Had to drive 30 minutes out the way to go the this location.

They're slow with low staff. I've been there multiple times and they've been out of items. Once the credit card machine was down and I had to wait 20 minutes for the supervisor to come back from break to reset the machine.

Interesting to see some of the low ratings. Every time I come here which has been numerous times over the years I always get a good sandwich and excellent service and attitude. Strangely enough the previous time I went I was so satisfied with the sandwich that when I found myself in Warrenton Oregon I went to the Subway there and got roobbed in every sense of the word; spent top dollar on 3 footlongs to go; got home only to find them inedible. So, I'll keep stopping in here when I'm in town

Used to be a really good restaurant with the previous manager but as of the past almost year, the breads always soggy and not cooked properly, ingredients are always mixed together, gross, mushy and old, and the people behind the counter are rude, quiet, and act as if they just can’t wait for you to get out of there.

The staff was extremely friendly. The lady who made my salad was detail oriented and made sure I was happy with the amount of veggies added to my salad. I would definitely eat here again.
3 times I've been here in the past 3 weeks they will have people waiting in line while making online orders. Today was the last straw. 3 people waiting in line and the girl is making 4 subs and makes the people wait while she makes online orders for people who aren't even there. Even after all of us said something after waiting almost 10 minutes. I won't be back. 8-26-2024 at 230pm

Sandwiches are fine but it literallly shouldn't take 30 minutes to get one sandwich from start to finish. Something needs to change here because the last 3 times I have been here it has taken 30 minutes...and only 2 people ahead in line. Fix this.

Most subways in the area are excellent, this one is not. Poorly trained employees. Unfriendly and lackadaisical attitudes. The ingredients did not look fresh, tomatoes looked kind of slimy, tuna was old enough the liquid was ponding up. Really disappointing experience considering I give subway a lot of business for myself and my employees. Next time I will go back to the one in Camas that always seems to be well run.

This review is to praise one person!! She is always INCREDIBLY kind and upbeat when we come in!!! She always makes sure your sandwich is EXACTLY how you want it!!! This girl honestly needs a raise!! Her name is Rejoy, (I hope I spelt it right) we came in tonight, at around 5:50-6 and got 5 sandwiches! She did all of them and cashed us out all while being kind and had amazing customer service!!! She helped us use our rewards resulting in 2 free sandwiches because we had so much built up! So I had to buy some cookies to leave her another tip!!Thanks girl and keep up the phenomenal work!!!!!!

I had Subway delivered and by the time I received the food, the bread was stale. The sandwich didn't taste that good either.
