Impossible to give this place more compliments. Atmosphere got 4 stars only because it's really a fast-food place, but it's ALWAYS pristinely clean. Food is fantastic with huge portions. Staff is friendly, ON. IT., and professional. Can't think of a place that serves better Mexican food in the Portland Metro area.

Best Mexican food in the area! Service and food are always consistently great. Love the extended business hours. I think I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu at this point and I love it all, but my go to will always be the street tacos and taquitos. Perfect spring/summer date night: Victorico’s to go and eat down at the port! And when the heat comes in the summer, get a frozen limeade!!

Awesome breakfast burrito! Seriously, I'm a connoisseur of breakfast burritos and this place NAILED it. AMAZING! PERFECT mix of potatoes to eggs and sausage. Greasy but not too much, just enough to add flavor and moisten the spuds but not too much to make it run down your hand.
