I was there for a little celebration dinner for our daughters birthday they just gave her a like shot of ice cream which I understand but no singing , like before and recently seen post of ppl getting there birthday sang ! I was hoping for kinda disappointing

Food is l absolutely Appalling creaminess of the cheese, with honey barbecue on top🤢. I tried their burgers, it's flavorless. I tried their wings dry.I even tried the chicken alfredo would not recommend every time i come here i'm disappointed

Waited 30 mins and that’s understandable for a Saturday. The host finally asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar, it should have been stated the moment we got there if that was an option. Once we sat down all I saw is 4/5 workers walking around in circles not asking or interacting with any customers. We waited 15 more minutes no one came to us for our order or anything. We used the call the server function on the iPad thing and no one came. We weren’t going to risk waiting another hour for food.

I was dinning in with some friends while visiting. We had the most exceptional time with Javi. He made our whole group crack up laughing just by being so comfortable with us…felt like we were regulars. If I didn’t live in Ohio I would be a a regular of Javi’s….just the light joking made our experience there so enjoyable. Anytime I am visiting I will be back to see him. My friends that are local will be back regularly looking for him. I manage Applebee’s in Ohio and would love to have someone like Javi on my team. Just a exceptional experience
We ordered take out from Applebees tonight and it was very disappointing. Two of the three orders were not right. One order was supposed to be a full rack of baby back ribs but he got riblets instead. He said they tasted like TV dinner ribs. Then they forgot the mashed potatoes with the steak order. The Oriental chicken salad with grilled chicken was good, but the bread stick was stale and had a bad taste. It was pretty much downright bad food. This is not the first time that we have not gotten the correct order or all our order. We will probably stay away from Applebees from now on. There are too many good restaurants to waste our money on bad food.
