I was dinning in with some friends while visiting. We had the most exceptional time with Javi. He made our whole group crack up laughing just by being so comfortable with us…felt like we were regulars. If I didn’t live in Ohio I would be a a regular of Javi’s….just the light joking made our experience there so enjoyable. Anytime I am visiting I will be back to see him. My friends that are local will be back regularly looking for him. I manage Applebee’s in Ohio and would love to have someone like Javi on my team. Just a exceptional experience

We ordered take out from Applebees tonight and it was very disappointing. Two of the three orders were not right. One order was supposed to be a full rack of baby back ribs but he got riblets instead. He said they tasted like TV dinner ribs. Then they forgot the mashed potatoes with the steak order. The Oriental chicken salad with grilled chicken was good, but the bread stick was stale and had a bad taste. It was pretty much downright bad food. This is not the first time that we have not gotten the correct order or all our order. We will probably stay away from Applebees from now on. There are too many good restaurants to waste our money on bad food.

I love applebee's, even the name is inviting and warm. Every time I've been there everything is so perfect the food the wait staff it's just always awesome at Applebee's.

I ordered in person for take out and the manager that was helping me put the order in didn’t know how to answer my simple questions in regards the menu I got the wrong drink as well he was lost and unhelpful after he took my order I did not see him again.

Someone had their dog at their feet at the bar. It didn't appear to have any service animal anything on it. Gross. Seriously, I love dogs, I adore my dog, but dogs don't need to be in a restaurant. Pretty sure that isn't even legal. People who do that disgust me. I mean, what is wrong with you? Leave the dog at home or don't go out to eat !!!!!!!!!!
Chicken sandwich took awhile and was dry, thin and not great. Applebee's has really cheaped put their food. Yuck.

People like to complain. I do not particularly like some of your past employees, but what happens in the Applebees parking lot, is probably no fault of yours.
Expect to wait an additional 20 minutes on pick up orders. Also check your bag cause they missed half my order initially.

Waited awhile to ne seated, no one came around we sat our self. Finally someone brought us our menus and got drinks/order. Waited over 10 mins for the salads to come. Appetizers came with meal. Service was very poor and was not even busy. Will not return to this restaurant or recommend.
