45 before getting our drinks and hour 15 for my food because med well steak wasnt cooked well enough so had to do over. Manger brought meal out with my 2 appetizers a hour and 15 after ordering. Didn't even apologize just took it away after I refused. Waiter was very embarrassed from how he treated us. I'm glad other ten people next to me got all their stuff and was very happy unlike me that got super poor service from the manager.

The waitress was so extremely kind! She had some awesome rainbow glasses on. And did everything she could to make sure that we were taking care of. Also the manager was making his rounds and made sure that we were having a great time and that our food was good. I had a chicken bacon sandwich with In house made ranch dressing. And they were extremely curious as I had to find out if it had mustard in it first. And sometimes get a little flack from waitresses for asking questions and causing them to have to go and do extra work in figuring it out.Parking: They have a great size parking lot. And since it is in the mall if there is no parking in there actual parking lot there is plenty of parking next to it.

The fries and ribs were reheated, and the BBQ sauce wasn't warmed up, at all at least you should have tried to warm it up. And the manager who was working last night at closing and who help brought the food out to us knew the food wasn't fresh at all.

I absolutely LOVE this Applebees! I can always count on the Fiesta Lime Chicken being excellently made and the servers are always energetic and the energy spreads to you! By far one of my favorite places to eat!
There was a problem with some missing items on a delivery order. One quick call to Devon and he made it right. Solid customer service.
