I have eaten Arby's for most of my life here in Wenatchee and most recently 2 days ago. After that meal I decided no more! Over the last few months I have notice many unfavorable changes to the Wenatchee Arby's. In so far as I can tell you have done away with any value options at the restaurant. You no longer seem to participate in regionally advertised specials, service is still decent as it well should be as very few people dine there as far as I can tell Now days, it a main reason I still go there, no line at all at the drive thru ever! The grounds at the restaurant do not seem to be well kept most of the time. This may sound petty, but the straw that broke my back on going there again was when I asked for a small cup of water, was given a larger one and charged 50 cents for the request! Who charges for a cup of water!!! All in all it seems your restaurant may be on it's way out, which is sad to me being a life long resident! I hope Im wrong, either way I won't be back. I usually ate there 10-12 times a month. Best of luck, Hope things get better for you!

I would give a higher rating, but considering this is my first time ever ordering at this Arby’s, I don’t think it honestly really deserves two stars, but I’m gonna give it that just because they’re doing bad. My food looks old, My fries look really old and my shake was completely wrong. I asked for no whip and to keep the pieces, but I guess they decided that they didn’t wanna give me the pieces since I didn’t order the. However, Myers’s wife’s exact same drink got her bits because I’m guessing she ordered whipped cream. And obviously common courtesy to include straws and napkins is in something they believe in.
Definitely not gonna be ordering it this Arby’s ever again, And that’s really sad considering this was the first order I’ve ever made at this Arby’s or any Arby’s for that matter

Went there earlier today with my fiance for lunch. The lady who took our order got half the order wrong. Beef and cheddar didn't have cheddar. I asked for #15 and to sub the fries for jalapeño bites, we only got the jalapeño bites and randomly got charged for and received an extra large curly fry. I called the store and they told me to come back but I was unable to do so. They didn't ask for my order number or my name. This isn't my first time getting the wrong things from this location, I won't be going back.
