I got a chicken quesadilla minus some of their usual toppings. Food was good and the server was accommodating. Atmosphere was usual for a sports bar like setting on a Sunday.

Hate to leave negative reviews but we had a terrible experience!!! My family got food poisoning from our meals, the food was terrible, steak cooked wrong twice, charged extra food bbq, and extra burger sauce, $7 for a non alcoholic lemonade…and charged for three refills without telling us. All our food was old, for all 5 of us and we ate it when we should have walked out for our safety. Now we have to fight thru the night illness! Place was empty and pretty poor service. I would never go here, or recommend. For their sake I hope they turn it around, hate to leave a negative but yikes.

We had a large party that booked into Bob’s around a week before we went to eat dinner there this past Saturday. It was a youth baseball team, plus parents / families. With the advanced notice they had plenty of time to staff up to make sure that they could handle the group. There were no real complaints about the food other than a player receiving his fajitas without any wraps. Everything was brought out slowly and randomly, with some people not even getting their food until we asked. All of the boys on our team were fed except for two players who didn’t get their food until well after everyone else was done. Unfortunately, by that point all the boys wanted to leave to go back to the hotel.
Another of our tables didn’t get any food at all until everybody else was ready to leave. This was all brought up with one of the assistant managers. She acknowledged they had some serious issues that she’s been discussing with Management and was hoping would change. For the wraps left off of the one players order, the assistant manager offered two dollars off. But they didn’t really seem to understand how the entire night was just a circus due to the chaos and disorganization. Until they sort those issues out, I wouldn’t recommend taking a group to Bob’s.
Kinda what I expected considering the other 2 locations in town are also terrible.

A party of eight of us ate there last Saturday night. I’ve never been in such a freezing cold restaurant in my entire life! The bathroom was so cold you can almost see your breath. The food was subpar. And the service was terrible! Jordan was our server and she basically took our order and then we didn’t see her again until she put our bill down on the table. Orders were messed up, things that were asked to be omitted from different meals were forgotten. I would never go back there again!

I ordered a Kobe burger, and I found it to be... Quite average. For its price tag, I can't really recommend it. Nothing was bad about our meals, but there are better options for burgers elsewhere in Wenatchee.

My food was quite tasty, but my boy's steak was charred through. Now, the server got a new perfectly cooker steak to him in ten minutes. And she took that meal off our bill. All in all, we had a big group, and the experience was very good.
