Lousy service Waitress didn't even bother to come back and check on me. Bus boy had to refill my drink. Time came to pay the bill they ran my card like 5 times couldn't make it work but I did the ATM same card it was fine. Bill was $30, the so called manager assumed I was leaving a $10 tip to the horrible waitress who was in training which that alone concerning after poor service. I wouldn't come back here if the food was free.

We are long time Bobs customers. The past three times we have been here the food hasn't been that great. For instance...Over the years I have ordered the nachos several times and always loved them. Tonight we ordered nachos again. Instead of a plate they came out on a half sheet pan. They filled the plate with tons of chips but totally skimped on the toppings and instead of shredded cheese there was a nasty cheese sauce. We are getting disillusioned with the food..... we love the staff and service.... but we are here for dinner and drinks.... not sure if we will be back

Normally I would recommend this restaurant, but after today I cannot in good faith recommend it. We had the worst service we have ever had in the bar area. Heather only paid attention to one couple and the remaining people were ignored. I sat there for at least ten minutes not eating and she is leaning on the counter talking to the bartender. Normally we leave at least a 20% tip; she got none. Worst service ever!!

This is the third visit I’ve had at Bobs Classic, the food is always good and the portions are worth the price. They prioritized my toddlers order and they had happy hour 1-6 so the strawberry margarita was $4. I ordered the chicken Alfredo which came with a salad with sauce of your choice. My son got Mac and cheese which came with fries. My husband ordered wings and mozzarella sticks and the cheese pull was great. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was top notch. If you’re visiting Chelan or Wenatchee I highly recommend stopping here.

Local place owned by a longtime local family. Average food with acceptable but not the best service. The server was always prompt but we felt rushed and didn’t receive any refills after we were done with the main meal. Disappointing considering we were still 1.5 hours from close and it wasn’t busy. Killed our time and fun of planning for the next day and they missed out on offering dessert. Do not get the steak nor expect a correct cook temp, there are much better options for the price.

Excellent burger. I ordered the California burger with Chipotle mayo and side salad. My friend ordered the Spicy Ranch burger and said it was great. I say once again Excellent! Got to try it.
Great service, nice dining room and squeaky clean bathroom- but my Cobb salad was ROUGH. Salad was kind of old looking and the lettuce butts were in there?? And the plate was too small to eat my salad without it going all over the table, so it was kind of a mess. $20 for something that the Winco deli does better —— NO THANKS

Mixed reviews. We went there twice in a row for lunch. The first time, we had to leave before they even fired our orders. The next day, they had their act together, and food delivery was prompt. However, we weren't impressed with the food.

I tried the Marky Clarky wings and mango fish tacos with fried cod. Wow! The food was shockingly delicious and the service was extremely friendly. Happy hour in food and drinks 1-6pm and then 9-close.
