Not the authentic Vietnamese pho you’re looking for. Their special pho was very disappointing… I was expecting meatballs, different beef cuts but got chicken + beef in a bowl. However, service was good! Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Service is very slow each time I've been. 20 to 30 before the waiter ask for my order. Poor ingredients were used in my vegan pho. Vegetables were not fresh. Cook was eating while cooking my meal. The overall cleanliness of this place is a major turn off. If the the Service, and place was bad but the food was amazing I would return. Unfortunately 3 strikes and you out. The broth of Pho was off

I rarely leave reviews but am hoping to save others from this restaurant. Our 3 items took 1 hour to prepare while we sat and waited. The food was tough, stale and felt re heated. The service was poor and we stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes until even being recognized we were present. I would eat anywhere, else, literally anywhere. The worst fried rice, no flavor and it was pink… AVOID

Friendly and attentive staff. Food was mediocre though. Stir fried veggies and noodles were over cooked and mushy. Pho broth was imbalanced and tasted heavy on the star anise/cloves.

I ordered off doordash. What i received was not edible. The pan fried noodles were lacking anything other than noodles when the item descriptions from their own menu state otherwise. I called to tell them and asked for a refund. I was met with gaslighting saying that their pan fried noodles were just plain with nothing but noodles. I paid $13 for some disgusting noodles. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this buisness. I bought more items and they were just as disappointing ans inedible.

Sat there for 30 min without anyone helping us then finally got water and never saw the waiter after that. This place was a gem 20 years ago what happened?
Also the building owner should do his job and fix up the stained ceiling tiles. It looked like it got water damage.

Got takeout and enjoyed the pho at home, all ingredients provided separately so we could build our bowls fresh. Broth was delicious and the flank steak in particular was a great meat
