We get blizzards often, so we know what to expect from the average blizzard of our choice. We came through Wenatchee and decided to get some DQ for the trip home, so we came into this establishment. We ordered pumpkin pie, heath, and hot cocoa peppermint blizzards. Mine came first (pumpkin pie), and the visual presentation was phenomenal. Just like I'd design it if I could get behind the counter and make it myself, with lots of cinnamon! (Side note, I never think there's enough cinnamon on anything 😆) As I ate it I was blown away with the amount of care that went into making it. It was so smooth, so well blended. And, one problem I've specifically had with the pumpkin pie blizzards are the bottom third is always straight vanilla ice cream. I don't know why but they never get blended all the way through. This was blended ALL the way through. I could just tell that the person who made it really took their time. They did not just throw ingredients in and blend for a few seconds. I've never had such a perfect blizzard before! When my husband and daugter got theirs, I hadn't even mentioned my thoughts yet, and they both said this was by far the best blizzard they've ever had. So it's settled! If you want to have the perfect blizzard, come here on a Saturday night. The crew is not only extremely friendly and professional to the customer's face, they also go the extra mile to make your treat enjoyable. We will be sure to come back every time we're in Wenatchee!

Welcome to 2024... you can literally stand there and be the only one in line in a dead restaurant and not one employee says hello or offers to take your order. Customer service is nonexistent here.

Our order was for one small Heath bar blizzard and one Peanut Buster Parfait. The Blizzard was ice cream with a few sprinkles of Heath Bar on top
not mixed in, and the PB PARFAIT CHARGED ME extra for the fudge (and there was less fudge than normal) AND extra for the 4 peanuts on top! Talk about disappointing! I took a picture of my receipt if that helps prove we were ripped off! I didn’t look at the receipt until we noticed how much more we were charged than normal and we were miles down the road.

I think this DQ is under new ownership again. My giant pregnant behind has been craving DQ and only DQ. I decided to give them my millionth chance and they did not disappoint! When I went for the first time after years, I had the chicken strip basket meal. The food was HOT and pretty yummy. I also got my fave cheesecake blizzy and it was amazing! I went again today and got a burger (I forgot which one but it was really good!) Meal with onion rings. Everything was hot and yummy when I got home. Hopefully they stay consistent with everything.

Just went and used my 3.99 coupon for a deluxe burger with fries and ordered an Oreo blizzard. My experience is not as bad as others. The order is accurate. The temperature of food is fine. Most importantly, the Blizzard cup-flipping move was there! One employee was cleaning the restaurant and keeping it well when I was there. Perhaps this place deserves a chance, and I will come back again and see how things go.

The restaurant was dirty and the service at the counter was awful, I left with out eating. It was the only option after I saw a lid fall to the floor and an employee picked it up and used it.

The hot fudge sundae size
really. What did I pay for exactly? The equivalent to Lays chips and air? The fries were a smaller portion as well but the chicken was a decent size. Even though the prices went up. Disappointed. Is it the workers or the companies new policy?

As far as DQs go
this one is a huge disappointment. They are not compatible with the app or online ordering, they do not do any of the seasonal favors or deals that other DQs roll out, nor do they carry the basic flavors like cookie dough. The customer service is terrible, no one ever knows what’s going on or why they are out of certain products. Not quite sure what they’re going for here. People think “blizzard” when they think DQ and this place is lacking in that area specifically. Our area has some amazing mom and pop milkshakes and ice cream shops, this place can’t compete when they aren’t even holding up to what the other DQs in other neighboring cities are doing.
