I think this DQ is under new ownership again. My giant pregnant behind has been craving DQ and only DQ. I decided to give them my millionth chance and they did not disappoint! When I went for the first time after years, I had the chicken strip basket meal. The food was HOT and pretty yummy. I also got my fave cheesecake blizzy and it was amazing! I went again today and got a burger (I forgot which one but it was really good!) Meal with onion rings. Everything was hot and yummy...

Just went and used my 3.99 coupon for a deluxe burger with fries and ordered an Oreo blizzard. My experience is not as bad as others. The order is accurate. The temperature of food is fine. Most importantly, the Blizzard cup-flipping move was there! One employee was cleaning the restaurant and keeping it well when I was there. Perhaps this place deserves a chance, and I will come back again and see how things go.
