Ordered a Philly cheesesteak & waited an hour for it … just for it to not even be a Philly so I had to get a refund so I wasn’t waiting another hour for a sandwich that takes 20 mins max to make. There was enough workers to not have issues but instead of doing their job with the small amount of orders they had they stood there looking at each other. Multiple customers before us had issues with their order as well. Orders were sitting for long periods of time even with the customers sitting in the lobby so those were received cold. Horrible location - east is better trust the extra 15 min ish drive is worth it.

This chain is very slow during peak hours. It’s a Friday night and carry out says there is a ten-twenty minute wait, however the team inside said they are about 40 minutes behind schedule so we arrived and had to wait much longer than what is posted online. The pizza is always good but long wait times need to be addressed.

We chose curbside pick up. After waiting 17 minutes after the pizza came out, I decided to go in. Finally, after the employee got done texting on her cellphone, she turns around and asked if she can help me. I tell her my name, she gets my pizza and said the system was down so they didn’t know I was out there waiting. Even after knowing my order was for curbside. The attitude of the individuals in there were awful along with the awful customer service!

Worst experience ever I ordered a pizza from them and they didn’t deliver it cuz the driver was outside and instead of getting out of his car and knocking on my door like a normal person he called me and didn’t deliver it cus I didn’t answer my phone never in my life has that happened to me lol I’m pissed now I got to wait another 30 mins to get my pizza smh

The online site did not work so I had to order at the store. It was understaffed. I had a great deal of difficulty getting the gal to understand what I wanted then the pies were less than average quality.

This is the worst pizza. I ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese, a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese, and some parmesan bread bites. The bread bites and pan pizzas were flat. There was no extra cheese on either pizza, the bread bites were flat and no cheese or seasoning on it. I ordered online and it said it was ready. It took me 3 minutes to get to Dominos. They haven't even made most of my order. We waited for another 15 minutes for the pizza to be done. People were coming in and picking up their orders. Two minutes later they returned the pizza as it wasn't what they ordered. They took the pizzas that they brought back and put them into a different order for someone else to pick up. That is against so many health code violations! After tonight I would not recommend Dominos to anyone. I would give zero stars if I could.

I love Dominos in Wenatchee, their amazing..I still haven’t met Connor the cook in person, but I’ve had my husband run him in a tip..He always cooks our pizza to perfection, we have had him several times..I have never had a complaint with him..Amazing staff, and they give back to the community..So if I could give them more stars I would🤩….
