So the first time I got one of their weekend breakfast sandwiches. It was to die for awesome, went back. They forgot to toast the bread and it was just so so.

It was not well cleaned and the service was terrible. It took them forever to figure out what they were doing and who’s order was who’s. Me and my family as well as another was also very displeased.

Just okay food and horrible customer service. This has happened the last few times ive visited this year. Reading these reviews tells me that the management is the problem, because they dont seem to care about the feedback. You dont even deserve one star. Thanks for ruining Dustys!

We ordered same time as our friends. They got their food after 15 minutes and were finished after 15 before our food came out. The burgers were all cold. Overall they were friendly but just took awhile.

I hate to leave this review because I've always loved dustys since I was a little kid. It was my dad's favorite place to eat from when he was kid all the way to the end of his life. When he moved to Seattle he would drive all the way over here just for a dusty burger. When he moved to Georgia and came here to visit us, we went to dustys every time. So, it hurts me to say this but I don't think I'll be coming back unless they change their food back to the way it used to be. I ordered a dusty cheese burger, it was $5.99 plus taxes and a 3% service fee for using credit which I didn't know about until I pulled up to the pick up window. The total ended up being nearly $8, no fries or drink. The burger is significantly smaller and didn't have the ingredients put together in the same way as the original burger. They used to have the veggies all diced up and mixed into the sauce which is what I loved about the dusty burger. It used to be messy and sloppy but thats what made it so good. I would have compared what I received with a whopper junior from burger King which is a quarter of the price and the same slow service.

I like the fries but the Burger had a lot to work work on. But but I'm not sure I ordered the right one. I should have ordered ketchup.

The food was good but not sure it was worth thr price. You pay for everything separately $50 for 3 burgers, 1 chicken strip, 1 fry, 1 tater tot, 2 drinks. Facility was cute but had some very again flies. Customer service was just ok.

Kid-friendliness: Pinball machines they can play.

I haven't been to Dusty's since the new owners, and I loved the original Dusty burger. But, the food the have now is really good, very fresh and well made. The burgers I don't think are quite like the original, but it was still way better than a lot of burgers these days. The garlic fries were AMAZING, a great addition to the menu. Staff were very nice despite being busy and the guy ahead of us throwing a fit for having to wait 10 minutes (which is worth is for how fresh the food is!). I think a lot of the negative reviews are coming from people who live in the past where things can't change so they're mad things have changed. It's still a great burger joint, the prices are pretty fair considering everything is expensive now.

Had smashburger, ,onion rings, shake. Size of burger was smallish, but pretty tasty. Shake was excellent. Onion rings were the best I've ever had. Super crispy, onion stayed with breading, tartar sauce very good. Friend had a "small burger" that appeared to be a much better value than the smash. It was almost as big, less than half the cost, a few less garnishes.

Smashburger, average. Tots, fries, onion rings, over-cooked. Good milkshake. All in, for $33, just average. Nothing special. Sorry, won't be back.

Today 8/6/23 was a repeat visit. Unfortunately, the young lady working the drive through today has really damaged my opinion of the place. I asked a question while in the drive thru and was met with being yelled at "can I do you what?". It is sad to leave a location thinking something was done to your food because you asked a question and the employee was so incredibly rude. The bread today was stale, unfortunate, we have always loved and supported the wild huckleberry locations. Do not think I will be returning. Customer service and just plain being kind is needed and people should be held accountable to it.
