Dutch across the board is generally the same and has great drink options, but every time I come to this location, the employees never seem to know the car order in the lines. They always pick the cars that have just arrived vs cars that have waited in line. Definitely think this is something employees should be better trained on. Otherwise, their customer service is great.

Hadn't been to a Dutch brothers in many years but discovered i had a on old punch card that qualified me a free drink so decided to visit. I was told by both the employee and supervisor that they would not honor the punch card since they stopped accepting the cards around covid time 2020 and they now use the app as a replacement for the punch cards. SO WHAT??!! WATCH ME TEAR UP MY DIRTY CARD AND GIVE ME THE FREE DRINK THAT I EARNED AND REQUEST I BEGIN USING THE APP! So petty! Poor customer service

Dutch Brothers is by far the BEST DRIVE THRU for your beverages! Although their coffee is good, for the few of us who don't drink coffee but prefer HOT CHOCOLATE...this is the place to go. give it a try! Always really friendly staff even when the lines are long.

I love Dutch bros as a company and everything they stand for, a review isnât really necessary for such a well known and quality place but this is my favorite Wenatchee location and I just wanted to share a cute pic I took today of my puppy with one of their many stickers!
Oh and for that person who commented about the girl who seemed dead and wasnât âfriendly enoughâ, you never know whatâs going on in someoneâs personal life you shouldnât let something like that be such a big deal you feel the need to write a review on it, grow up! I work in customer service as well, whatâs a 5 minute experience for you is one of a hundred throughout our day!
