I ordered a cookie butter latte on 9-14-24 before I headed to my grave yard shift and drank the whole entire drink before I realized there was a fly in my drink š¤¢š¤¢ Dutch bros I am not impressed.

This is the worst Dutch Brosā¢ out of all of them. I went in and got a four shot annihilator blended, and it took them 15 minutes to make my drink before I was able to receive it. Not only that they did not hand me my drink. I had to stand there and wait and watch three other people in line behind me get their drinks before me. I had to walk up to the window and ask about my drink when I requested a refund all the sudden my drink was made, and it was made incorrectly I will be shopping at Dutch Brosā¢ again. I recommend everyone else use a different one. I never buy Dutch Brosā¢ and I buy Dutch Brosā¢ every single day Monday to Sunday Sometimes two times a day

Ever since they have moved the good employees that know how to MAKE drinks to east wenatchee or by the bridge. My drinks has NEVER been the same nor good. Teach your employees how to make drinks. Been highly supper unsatisfied for a while now. I left one stand to go to another stand for them to make it right. āOh how can they mess that upā said the worker but then still proceeded to mess up the drink order.. again.
