We had an incredible dinner at El Agave! The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. But what really made the night special was our server, Gill. He was phenomenal—super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and his positive energy added so much to our experience. We came from out of town and gill made us feel like locals. Highly recommend this place!
I will forever judge all Mexican restaurants on their rice and beans first, sauces, and salsas second.
Refried beans=perfection
Sauces= almost perfection. The salsa had a tomato flavor that I didn't care for, loved by everyone else at the table. The sauces were perfection. Yes, I sampled everyone else plate.
Rice=someone I don't know who put peas in the rice. I hate them and peas. Would have been 5 stars without those peas in my Rice. Three...
