Was going to place a to-go order and they wanted to charge me a to go fee. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced at a restaurant.

We know that the food is very delicious but the most beautiful thing is the attention. A Venezuelan girl welcomed us and treated us very well. We feel very important and if we talk about the food, we know that it is exquisite. 5 stars well earned

I had to travel 2 hours from where I live and they recommended that place to me but I didn't like my experience. The person who served me was like angry and bad, he made my order and it took them a while to bring me my order. I was very hungry and when they brought it to me it wasn't what I asked for, I will never go to that place again.

Beautiful seating area and is VERY clean, even while super busy. Someone with the same name picked up my order by accident right before i arrived, and the staff were very nice and apologetic. They put a rush on my order, and it was ready less than 10 minutes later. I wish I'd been able to stay and try some of the drinks they have in the self-serve area. Next time and there will be a next time. The food is amazing, jot overly greasy or salty. The burrito was packed full of asada and very filling, I could only make an effort on the beans and rice.
My gal destroyed those tacos. None survived.

Omg this place is legit. Tortillas are so fresh and delicious. They give you an entire grilled jalapeño that will burn you from the inside out in the best way. Salsa bar is delicious. Customer service is so friendly and generous!!! This is my new favorite lunch stop in Wenatchee.

This place is good. Usually finding a consistently good Mexican restaurant is hard but this place is very good. Would recommend to anyone looking for Mexican food.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a very wide open restaurant and loud so no issues when bringing kids. My kids love Mexican food so I know they’ll eat if we go here.

My order was wrong, the consume that goes with the tacos was watered waaaay down and had no flavor. The only thing that was good, were the tortillas and the beans and rice.

This line of restaurants has been one of the best for its food, price and fast service. My family and I traveled to Lake Chelan and to end the day we wanted to eat here in Wenatche. We did not have a nice experience because of the staff. We had a family traveling with us who came from Los Angeles, CA, and two young American soldiers, one of them came from Germany. and the other is my son. Unfortunately we did not choose the best place to eat as a family or maybe it was just bad service from the staff since from the moment we arrived we asked if there was a military discount the manager said it was only for the person who is on duty and that they had to pay their bill. separately so we decided to pay the bill regularly without using that discount which in reality is almost nothing and from then on it was a bad service as if we had not wanted to pay the bill. There is nothing wrong with asking about the benefits they say they give to those who are active in the Army, which every day became more disappointed to see the lie that there are no benefits for them, almost no place gives them discounts such as gasoline, food, stores. and their salary is fatal and in the midst of all the bad service that El Rinconsito receives I thought it was different but it joined another place in the poor service of our young soldiers.
