You can bay mexican food in many other places but having your tortillas made as you order your food and have them made as you eat is something that can change the taste and becomes more like a homemade food experience that will definitely remember for days. I would definitely recommend this place and will comeback when I visit wenatchee

Manager was being rude to my dad. We had an online order and showered her a screenshot, but she was unhelpful and mad snarky remarks. Won’t come for bad service and mid food.

I am a client of the Rinconcito but it is 3 times that I have gone and the cook always looks bad, today I went to buy pedi menudo, fish potatoes 2 side of rice and they did not put tortillas or potatoes to the fish the salad was an aberration some crumbs of lettuce, they need to improve, next time I will surely consider buying there again, take pictures of the fish if the manager would like to see them.

When there for dinner after a long day of work it’s hasn’t been the first time that I find a hair in my food while eating the tortillas I see a long hair which grossed me out . The cashiers need to be trained a lot better getting my order all messed up and at the end I get charge a fairly high amount too and never get my order complete . All my family got served expect my husband and when I ask the waitress about my order she’s like you didnt pay for it excused me I paid over pretty high price for everything and your telling me I didn’t pay for it to the guy there said to prepare the food for him 35 minutes later they bring the food for him. Am done well not return to this place ever again. To top it off they said they would refund my plate cuz of the har as of now nothing yet!!!

Amazing fresh made food in a fast way! It was absolutely delicious, large portions, authentic taste. The salsas and horchata was amazing too!

Been here in the past many time and have never been so disappointed as we were today!!! Service was horrible no manager taking any action to her horrible staff!!! Food was super cold no flavor what so ever. Asked for a side of cooked onions and jalapeños and I was totally ignored by Mariana. Disappointed won’t be coming here anymore. All employees including the manager tonight were slacking and ignoring the customers!!! 08/31/25 @11:00pm

This taco place is in my opinion the best. But their service every time I go there is just horrible. No one speaks English so I sit there and struggle to get my words out all while they talk over me. I go in there expecting the same service as everyone else but each time it feels less and less welcoming, I went in today and they’re out of birria tacos, so I ordered Carne asada tacos (4plate) and they’re out of that, try to change to chicken and the manager and the worker are laughing at me because I ordered a ‘sopito’ and when I say it I sound incredibly stupid. It’s really annoying because this place truly has amazing food and I spend my money here as much as I can but unless I spend the 60$ to order it on DoorDash they never get my order right or treat me like a customer. It’s pretty disappointing considering I’m 5 months pregnant and all I wanted was tacos. I ended up leaving and not getting anything because no one should have to be laughed at just for ordering. Do better.

Just ordered food for pick up at 9 pm. Received a text message that order was ready at 8 pm. I called to inform them that we were supposed to pick up at 9 pm, they were super rude. We told them we had the online receipt order but they continued to be rude. Treating me like it was my fault. Never again ordering from this place. Customer service is horrible.

The food here is always delicious.
I’ve had the tacos, gorditas, and the pozole..and everything has been amazing every single time! It’s the closest thing to real Mexican food I’ve had around here. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish. The person in charge is always attentive and makes sure everything’s great. Highly recommended—this place never disappoints
