The burgers were so soggy they were not even able to be eaten!! The bottom and top buns were so covered in the fake butter, grease spread that it was disgusting! We each took one bite and it was a no from us. I’ve eaten nasty food but this took the cake! My husband took the food back and we were told that we had to call tomorrow for a refund or take coupons. We live 2 hours away. They recooked our food and the burger was still disgusting, still had the fake butter I asked them not to use!!! Repacked our food up in a bag with the old original onion rings and old fries!! Your sign says we are not fast food, we are great food! Ummmmm I question your opinion on great food ! I will be calling or making the 2 hour drive for a refund this is unacceptable customer service!!! Shame on you as a business!!!

This place was recommended to us. 1st time trying. Went through drive thru. They do have a few tables outside to use. Great customer service, his voice very welcoming! Kids meal comes in this cool car. I forgot to check my order & my kid had no fries. But i had ordered garlic fries they had great taste. If u love garlic try these! Loved how he made sure that we be careful of oil spilling from the garlic fries if tilted the box. We tried classics burgers, simple no cheese, meat was juicy, good flavor in every bite. Will have to try shake from here next time !

We saw this local burger joint as soon as we arrived to town, we decided we would give it a try. As it has a fun and inviting atmosphere from the design of the building. Although For a local eatery burger, this place is disappointing. We ordered the special 5.88 after 8pm: a deluxe burger with fries and a drink, (bacon and cheese cost extra which we got and instead of 5.88 it came out to a little over 11 bucks). Nonetheless, the customer service was okay-not great we felt more of an inconvenience to the person taking our order and handing us our food. We could see there were about 5 employees working at about 1030pm on a Friday night, there was one other car on the other drive through window but didn’t seem busy-but still felt as though we were a bother to the young gal working. There is a small table outside seating available but we took it back to our hotel to eat only to find that there was no ketchup even though we asked for some, and the burger was sloppily put together with an excessive amount of sauce on the burger that made the bread soggy. I took one bit and was super disappointed in how over cooked the patty was and how soggy the bread was-we tossed it all and got Wendy’s across the way instead. Much better value and you know what you’re getting. Too bad we really wanted to enjoy this local burger joint. I suggest you go somewhere where you know it will be good, don’t risk trying this place.

A little confusing on the entrance. There are 2 entrances, use the first one if you're northbound. If you use the second one, you block the left turn lane.On to the food: Greasy, delicious, cheesy burger. Bacon cooked just right where it isn't chewy, but it isn't ashes either.Fries were crispy outside, fluffy inside.Service: Smiling from start to finish and didn't rush me through the drive through while maintaining a short turnaround time.Highly recommend this place if you're wanting a big greasy burger with crispy fries and cold soda. I'll be back!
