Stopped by the food truck in Cashmere to give the place a test drive. I wanted to get a sense of the place so I ordered a pizza, fettuccine, birra tacos and an enchilada. It was $90 worth of food. I had one slice of undercooked pizza, started on a Birra taco and bit into hairs. I tried to fight through the gag reflex but couldn't and ended up tossing the food. I asked for a refund and was offered a refund on the tacos only. Won't go back.

Great food, great guy. Always the best! Stop by in Cashmere and get a beer in Yonder while waiting for the food. All inclusive and best place to be right now.

Mini tacos are superb and are a great price. Service can be kinda back and forth since they are remodeling so they aren’t fully staffed? The waitress is very nice though. Atmosphere is a little strange since they are in a temporary location.

Food was both plentiful and delicious. Staff were friendly, professional, & attentive. If lived in Wenatchee I would be a regular. Only negative no liquor licence, I was told this location is temporary and they are hoping to move to there permanent location fairly soon.

Not a fan of their salsa but honestly everything else was so good I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. We had special of day fettuccini Alfredo - delicious. Carne asada- so good. The star of the show for me was the quesabirria sooo flavorful so perfect so tender and the best consume I ever had. I was also pleased with service. Highly recommend.
Th best Mexican restaurant I’ve been too since visiting Mexico, if I could rate this a 10 I would. The service was absolutely amazing and the food was so flavorful. We ordered the “Freddy’s Parrillada” for 4 people and it was bomb! I’m definitely coming here with my family & friends to enjoy try authentic Mexican flavors.

I ordered the quesabirrias with rice and beans with a side of green salsa and a horchata. The food was delicious and very filling. The horchata was ok, but I have had better. The sevice was on point and I will be visiting again.
