Came in with my daughter to try it out, was told to take a seat even though it was clearly not busy, whatever. I'm waiting for 5 minutes until someone else comes in and gets seated right away. Will never come in again

Ordered takeout online. The checkout and ordering process was easy and they take Apple Pay. My food was ready upon arrival. Parking is on the Main Street downtown. Well lit. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and welcoming. I'd like to sit down next time I'm in town.
I ordered the Dawat Chicken and Garlic Naan. The curry was excellent. The blend of spices was perfect and I enjoyed the consistency. The naan was good, but a little soggy. It's hard to get good take home naan.
Overall, it was a good meal, with a good portion size. I'll be eating here again.

Staff was kind and attentive, atmosphere was very chill, and the food was absolutely incredible. Will definitely make the 3hr round trip back.

Of all the restaurants in Wenatchee, India House makes the podium. If you don’t know what to order, try the dinner for two! The samosas and pakora are my go-to appetizers. They’re crispy and aromatic. The butter chicken and lamb curry never disappoint. The flavors and colors will have your senses doing the happy dance.

Honestly, food is TO DIE FOR and we will continue to come here for it, but the “bar” is like a bad dive bar.. They don’t really know how to make any cocktails besides the strange creations on their menu on the table, and when I asked for a martini, and asked what kind of vodka they had, they replied with “vodka”.. I asked again, and they said, whatever is on the menu… They also didn’t know how to make a martini or cared to even try. Not a huge deal, but when you’re going out for a nice meal and cocktails, I feel like they could greatly improve their sales and amount of people that came to visit, with a complete bar makeover and an actual bartender that knows what they’re doing.
Second to last thing, they have THE LOUDEST and most obnoxious door bell that goes off every time the door is opened or someone is standing near the sensor…. So it feels like you’re in a 711 gas station and someone is coming in and out every two seconds..
Lastly, they play really awesome Indian music, but the commercials that play in between each song just really get annoying with the doorbell..
The place is super cozy and well decorated, but those things really truly kill the atmosphere completely.
Coming from someone who has been in the service industry for 13 years, and has managed restaurants in the past, hope Management truly takes these things into consideration the restaurant would really flourish with fixing these things.

This is the best Indian buffet I've been to on the West Coast anywhere.

These guys are smart!
They're taking advantage of the fact that they're the only Indian restaurant in town, and making a killing selling mediocre food, and ripping people off on portions.
You know those little Costco sample cups? They sell their lemon mango pickle in that size container, fill it up about halfway, and charge you $4 for it (they used to be more generous).
Taste of India, I've had once in California at a rest stop/gas hub of all places, and they were *very* generous with their portions. I don't know what the people at India House are thinking...
The images in my review aren't from either of the places, but demonstrate the difference we're talking. These guys are ripping people off ?

Had a hankering for some chicken tikka masala. They absolutely came through. Great flavor, great portion size, and I will be back.

We went here for lunch around 1 and the food was amazingly tasty, I have tried other Indian restaurants but there is no comparison in the taste. The service was outstanding in a warm cozy. We had a buffet and there were enough options to choose from. We enjoyed the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

It's NOT a good restaurant for a vegetarian to have a buffet.
They didn't have Paneer gravy in lunch buffet ? when we went there. And the rest of the vegetarian curries were not that great.
I would recommend this restaurant to a vegetarian.
Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian options in the buffet.
