Beautiful restaurant with attentive and knowledgeable staff. They also are very accommodating about allergies and can tell you if something contains your allergen. Their seafood is always so fresh and all their food I’ve tried has been amazing. As someone with severe allergies I appreciate how good they are with allergies as well. I grew up in Hawaii with fresh seafood and high quality sushi/poke and eating at Iwa reminds me of home.Dietary restrictions: They are knowledgeable and accommodating with allergens.

I wish there was a ten star option! My boyfriend and I came here for our first date, and we come back frequently because of the inviting atmosphere, solid service, and great food! They also went above and beyond for me when I accidentally left my purse on my chair, and couldn’t find it anywhere!! They held it for a week for me until my boyfriend and I came back to eat again!! Such great employees! <3

Had a reservation with a larger party & was put in a high traffic area, which is fine. However, you'd think being in the center of things, service would be on the quicker side of things. We sat with a full party for a long while before anyone even acknowledged us. Order came out partially, meaning many of us had their food while we were waiting for others to get theirs for far too long (which happened to be children.) Food was decent, & the place looked nice. Just need to up the service game a little.

Great sushi place. We normally go to the other big sushi place in town, so this was our first time at Iwa. We had the edamame, 3 rolls, and shared a flight of sake (easily shared).All terrific.Only suggestion would be to have some sort of divider between tables so you don't feel like your sitting with strangers as the tables are pretty close together on the bar side.
