I tried calling both locations to see what was going on with my order that I placed on doordash. My payment was processed, but it has been over an hour and the app still says that Jack in the Box is still preparing my order. When trying to call either location the line is busy. But it is 5:30 AM, what reason would the phone be busy at that time? Unless they just have the dial tone going to prevent calls from coming through. I asked a buddy of mine who works there during the day time, I will not mention his name here as I do not want him to get in trouble. He told me that often times they press talk on their phone as if they were going to make a call but then they just leave it so customers can't call to complain about anything.

This is the worst, I’d much rather go to the East Wenatchee one, this Jack takes forever in a day to get food out, and they tell us shakes won’t be done for 15min. When you have a time you want the order to be ready by they never have it on time. Im not happy at all with their service.

3 weeks ago I was waiting in the drive thru for about 30 minutes with no one to take my order, once someone started speaking in the drive thru, she had a very bad attitude, once we got to the window, she had a worse attitude. Then took an extra 10 minutes to take our order. And then today, January 18 2025 @ 9:45 we were at the drive thru line we were ready to order, and someone answered and said “there was no one that can take the order because the only person who can take the orders was on break” so I got pissed off. With these few times we’ve gone and had bad experiences, we unfortunately will not be going back… they need new staff asap

Took forever in the drive thru. They gave us a bag of food and foolish me didn’t check to see if they had given me everything from the order. They forgot to give me my burger!! $12 for 4 onion rings, 2 tacos and a small Sprite. Ridiculous.

New drive thru dude will get your drink wrong and when you let him know it’s not what you ordered, he will argue with you that that’s exactly what you ordered and won’t fix it. Also, completely messed up my order. 5th time this has happened. I tried calling each time to see what they’ll do about it, their phone doesn’t work, it immediately tells you the line is busy. Called 16 times literally. This time around, It’s snowing a blizzard and I’d have to drive 15 minutes back just to fix my order cause they won’t answer their phone or can’t pay attention? Im not usually one to write reviews or bad mouth a business cause I know we are all trying, but lord have mercy. Enough is enough.

Very skimpy on hamburger and bacon (ex. Meat breakfast burrito - mostly eggs, kids cheesburger); No condiments on kids bacon cheeseburger (Very dry); Anytime I go there specifically for the Tacos, they are ALWAYS out. Maybe order more??
