New Year’s Eve night the employees of this drive thru parked there car just right before you could enter and order turned it off and left it there so long the car windows were iced up. All to not work and still get payed. When I asked an employee if we could order bc they were standing near the door they said mobile orders only I said I was willing to place one but an employee car was in the way and he just shrugged. So jack in the box get better employees better managers or just close next time it’ll save you in labor bc they refused to do any of the labor they were payed for.

I wanted to go inside to eat at 7:00 a.m. and the dining room was closed. I looked at the hours of operation and it was supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m I decided to go through the drive-thru but was disappointed with the hash browns from my ultimate breakfast combo. They weren't cooked completely, they were soggy and full of oil and I was not able to eat them! Very disappointing because I love Jack in the box hash browns! Most of the time I'll order a second one just because I like them so much. I was definitely disappointed. I should have gone to the Jack's by my house in East Wenatchee. They consistently have good food and good quality. I don't know if I will eat here again at this location.

Today I ordered a combo meal, got my drink, had a brain fart and drove off without my food. 45 minutes later I remembered. When I came through the drive through again with my hopeful request for the food, the gal at the window was super nice, got me the hot food, and we shared a good laugh! Awesome service and a sense of humor - love it! 🐸

As soon as I drove up to the drive thru the guy taking the orders was extremely rude kept cutting me off and when I got to the window he kept giving me attitude and faces. He charged me for a whole meal but didn’t even gave me a drink or asked me what drink I wanted. I politely asked if I could get some ranch with my order and he kept yelling at me what do you want and at the end I didn’t even get the ranch sauce I asked for. He threw all the food in the bag. It was a horrible experience honestly don’t think I’m coming back to the Wenatchee location again.

If there was an option to give a 0 star.. I would. I paid for the 3 taco meal about 10min.. and all you put in the bag was the fries and my son's burger.. you have one job and you can't handle that... wow.. I didn't go back because I'll to dam tired. You should re train you staff..

Jack in the box in Wenatchee is pretty darn good!! Only a couple of fails. I still return. Very friendly. Nice people.
These people don't know what only ketchup means. They say that only ketchup means you only want the sauce to be ketchup no mayo but you still want all the ingredients. They want to sit here and argue like I'm the problem is fine I'll just drive an hr to get Jack now.

We got the new buffalo boneless chicken wings if u want to call them that u could literally see where they just squirted on a tiny amount of sauce didn't even try to make it on all of them ridiculous... And the lady at the window was not friendly and I could barely understand her...
