They remodeled and the interior has a salad bar and it is very clean. The younger cashier staff was a bit short and when he returned the change to my significantly older companion he put the change on the counter instead of in his hand. Since they have to provide cash change this way in the drive up there should not have been a reason he couldn't have given the cash change to my friend's hand. When you have arthritis little things like that can be a huge discomfort. General customer service etiquette could use a refresher.

So I come to a&w to get root beer. When I get the root beer it's all carbonated water and hardly any syrup. It tastes terrible. I point this out to the staff and they say it's fine its the way it's supposed to be and don't do anything about it. So I can't drink any of the root beer because it's nasty. What do I know anyways, I've only been drinking a&w root beer for 50 years.

Firstly, I've never ate inside. I always go to drive-thru. Also, I just left a review on yelp so I'm going to copy paste it here as well:Recently moved here from Vegas, and I have been pretty upset about the lack of Popeyes (as I've kind of got addicted to their spicy chicken sandwich).Anyway, I'm in East Wenatchee at the moment, and I go across town to this location because the food has always been amazing! [Add - tried t east wenatchee location and was always dissatisfied for various reasons].The main reason I'm leaving this review is because the guy who works here...he always has a great attitude, is friendly, helpful, and deserves all promotions...really they should probably make him the owner of this kfc (granted I have no idea what his actual job title is), but he is a top-notch employee! If you are reading this, thank you for all your effort, and keep up the good work!My son got a student of the month award, so he got to have lunch with me. His request was KFC and he got what he wanted, and I'm sure you can tell from the pic that he was a happy boy!Additional review stuff: The fries with the fry sauce are to die for and the spicy chicken sandwich here fills my empty popeye's chicken sandwich hole quite well :)

So so so expensive. We paid almost 30 bucks for a small popcorn chicken meal and one sandwich by itself. Outrageous. Won't be back. Quit price gouging your customers, you're a fast food chain not a 5 star restaurant.
Staff is friendly. Food/ oil was fresh. Place was clean for fast food joint. The pot pie is great!

I stopped in for dinner and got there pot pie and an 8 piece nugget thinking that's plenty of food well the pot pie was runny and not that much filling and the 8 piece nugget was so small and they had no breading it seemed smaller than what you would feed your kids and it cost over $8 for more like $2 worth of nuggets. I will not be going back for a long time

I've visited many KFC locations in the US and Canada. While food was good here, the service was not as fast as many others. Dinner was spacious and parking lot free and decently big. Look likes some of the statewide or national wide promotions were not offered here.
