My mother experienced a horrible interaction at KFC she has gone every Tuesday for the past couple months she didn’t know the price of a chicken bundle and she nervously giggled when ordering and was accused of disrespecting the worker and they said they were being laughed at and made fun of because of their gender/ appearance and my mother felt bad and in no way would have ever made fun of someone she was just in a uncomfortable position he proceeded to refuse to ever sell her chicken again and told her that he would make sure to contact the other KFC and to tell them to never sell her chicken either. Then as my mother walked out he followed her to the car and took a picture of her and her car license plate. I am so disappointed and disgusted how they would treat my mother when she is a regular.

Every Saturday my mom gets KFC for take out. The staff is so amazing! They anticipate my call for order, they know me by name and they are all so friendly. Kudos to Carlos and his crew for making us feel welcomed, always addressed with a smile and professional interaction. Good job KFC wenatchee. I hope this rating is shared with each staff member so they know their small random act of kindness makes a difference in this customer's day.

The people were okay! But my issue is I was denied a plastic bag and it was an entire roll there! Will not visit that place again! Poor CS

They remodeled and the interior has a salad bar and it is very clean. The younger cashier staff was a bit short and when he returned the change to my significantly older companion he put the change on the counter instead of in his hand. Since they have to provide cash change this way in the drive up there should not have been a reason he couldn't have given the cash change to my friend's hand. When you have arthritis little things like that can be a huge discomfort. General customer service etiquette could use a refresher.

So I come to a&w to get root beer. When I get the root beer it's all carbonated water and hardly any syrup. It tastes terrible. I point this out to the staff and they say it's fine its the way it's supposed to be and don't do anything about it. So I can't drink any of the root beer because it's nasty. What do I know anyways, I've only been drinking a&w root beer for 50 years.
