You would think at peak hours of operation like the lunch time hours between 11a.m. and 2 p.m. and the dinner hours in between 5 and 8 p.m. the hot and ready case would have priority. But unfortunately in the Wenatchee location this doesn't happen and it leaves the store congested and the average wait time is about 20 minutes out of somebody's 30-minute lunch for a lunch special to get something that's supposed to be hot and ready!
Bryan Taft general manager was giving me and my brother a terrible attitude when they are the ones that messed up my order. I ordered 8 bags of stuffed crazy bread and I got 8 bags of regular crazy bread. Got kicked out when we asked why he was giving us attitude.
