I came in to get some pizza tonight. It's your only menu item. It was 9:38. The young man with incredible work ethic told me, " I close in 22 minutes there's no way I can cook that deep dish pepperoni." That's ridiculous as all get out. Your only job there during business operating hours is to cook pizza and the kid flat out wouldn't do it. Hire new employees.

This pizza I got on 7/15 was very overcooked and did not taste fresh. I ordered the crazy crust pizza, but the crust didn't have any of the crazy bread seasoning that I could taste. I have never had this bad of an experience with a little Cesar's before.

I was in little Caesars Wenatchee today I go in because I was craving the crazy puffs and I ask the lady if she had some ready then she said they can make them in 15 min I said ok I’ll be back I show up and ask if my food is ready so she goes and starts packing my food then she leaves it half way packed and comes to the front had two customers and she takes her time while my food is getting cold so she helps them then she goes back and handles the food again without washing her hands after she was touching money and I was mad at this point so I ask to talk to a manager and he came and I told him everything and he looked at me and ask what you want me to do I’m like it’s your job you should know right really bad experience

Half my order was fresh and ready other half looked like it had been sitting for a while. Went in and the worker said nothing looked wrong with it. And manager wouldn't come out from the back to speak. Then proceed to be told that it'll be a 5 minute wait for the fresh order of crazy puffs. In which I waited 15 minutes which made my other items cold and not fresh. Unhappy with the service and quality come out. I've been there multiples times and never had a problem. But the last few is either burnt food or half my food is old and been sitting.

The girl who serves in front is friendly and serves well But sometimes people are not patient and are rude to her but for me my good serves well and I give her 100% thanks Karen for serving us even though rude people are like that and thank you for serving and for those pizzas ?

The owner or whoever that Brian guy is is an absolute nutcase. I just watched him throw around product in the store while screaming at an employee without even giving a chance for him to talk back. If this is who you put in charge of running human beings, I’m truly concerned for the future of that location. Definitely turning this into their higher ups after what I witnessed.

Went in tonight to get some of the new little biscuit things, the gal working was VERY rude, she said ON LINE ONLY even though there were some in the hotcase she wouldn't sell to me, so I said I'll just take a pizza then, she said it'll be about 30 minutes, I went to Pappa Murphys, I really like little caesars pizza but the employees need some supervision

With all fast food, each individual location varies. Our little Caesars in our town has really stepped up their game! I will be honest, there are times when they are rushed and the pizzas are a bit undercooked, but recently they have been cooked really well. I like the old world pepperoni topping, it gets nice and crispy, tastes great. I recommend doing a “well done” bake with the old world pepperoni because they do get a little greasier..but man they taste so good and that crispy crunch is mmmmm.
