Whatever you’re paying that dude Michael, double it. That man has outstanding customer service skills and he appears to work quickly/efficiently. Came in on a busy night and that dude was holding his own!

Michael Curtiudale NEEDS A RAISE!! As soon as we walked thru the door he got our order and was very friendly! He was very welcoming and just served us with a smile the whole time. I tried fill out a recognition card or something but they didn't have anything in store. I tried online and there is nothing either. So I came on here to state that; if management sees this he is a hard worker and needs to be recognized! As soon as he was done with our order he just kept working, being busy non-stop. People like this you don't see anymore! Usually people serve you with either an attitude or you can tell they just don't want to be there. He was not like that at all! Keep up your good work ethic and great attitude dude!!

I called to try and figure out why the PizzaPizza code for two 1-topping pizzas for $4.99 wasn’t working. The girl who answered the phone had a really bad attitude and kept telling me that there was nothing she could do about it, I asked nicely to speak to a different manager and she told me no, I asked why and she said because I’m telling you what’s wrong. I asked again to speak with someone else and she finally passed me over to someone named Pam. She was also extremely rude, and told me all she could do was call her supervisor and ask him to refresh their systems. What is customer service? Because this definitely wasn’t it.

The 3 young boys making the pizzas in the back , where playing on thier phones the whole time. The front counter girl wasn't paying attention to anyone's orders coming out and not promptly handing them out. Seems very mismanaged

Worst place ever they don’t have any hot n ready it’s hot and wait 30 minutes. Absolutely the worst service ever the staff is very rude.

Pizza was overcooked, we threw the whole pizza away. Breadsticks were good. Chicken wings were very dry and uneditable i will never order from this place again. It is not worth the cheaper price everything was uneditable.

Went in last night i felt bad yall didn’t want to help someone who claimed yall keep getting his order wrong what happened to customer is always right????

I came in to get some pizza tonight. It's your only menu item. It was 9:38. The young man with incredible work ethic told me, " I close in 22 minutes there's no way I can cook that deep dish pepperoni." That's ridiculous as all get out. Your only job there during business operating hours is to cook pizza and the kid flat out wouldn't do it. Hire new employees.

This pizza I got on 7/15 was very overcooked and did not taste fresh. I ordered the crazy crust pizza, but the crust didn't have any of the crazy bread seasoning that I could taste. I have never had this bad of an experience with a little Cesar's before.

I was in little Caesars Wenatchee today I go in because I was craving the crazy puffs and I ask the lady if she had some ready then she said they can make them in 15 min I said ok I’ll be back I show up and ask if my food is ready so she goes and starts packing my food then she leaves it half way packed and comes to the front had two customers and she takes her time while my food is getting cold so she helps them then she goes back and handles the food again without washing her hands after she was touching money and I was mad at this point so I ask to talk to a manager and he came and I told him everything and he looked at me and ask what you want me to do I’m like it’s your job you should know right really bad experience
