Ordered breakfast for my family inside at 10:40 am. Waited 30 min for food. Asked worker for an update. Manager told us they don’t serve breakfast after 11 am. Gave me a refund. Most mis managed McDonald’s I have ever been to. So many employees standing around not doing much.

Employees need to be trained on how to have better customer service skills. My friends and I just went through the drive through and the girl with the long black ponytail who was taking orders was extremely rude. Didn’t even say thank you, have a good night, or acknowledge us whatsoever. She also glared at my friend and had a horrible attitude. This is a consistent issue every time we come through the drive through at this time.
Update: I ordered doordash from this store today after this incident. Got my milkshake and sauces but my food was not in the bag. You guys seriously need to get it together this is ridiculous. I only got a partial refund for food I never got and a milkshake I didn’t even drink so I’m still out $10 now. Thanks for nothing. Wish I could give 0 stars this place has gone so downhill.

on 7/23/2025 at around 7:45 pm the girl at the second window giving me my food was just plain rude. she didn’t say a word to me and when she gave me my food she stuck the bag out the window and didn’t even look at me or say anything at all. i never complain about rude workers at fast food places but this girl needs to be taught some manners.

You want the freshest fries 11: 30am baby I'm telling you I've never had better fries in my life! They are busy around this time and often need extra time to fulfill your order like 10mins just to get an iced tea, that was ridiculous, so don't be in a hurry here, food 10 outta 10 at this time though!
