What’s going on with this location? This is the only Panda Express I’ve been to that gives such small portions for their entrees. Seriously—this was weak. Panda is known for being generous, but today was a letdown.
To make it worse, the staff member serving wasn’t friendly at all. No smile, no welcome—just going through the motions. Not the kind of service I expect. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Do better, Wenatchee Panda. You’ve got a reputation to keep.

I took in a piece of paper and I handed it to the employee and said this is what I need to take home from my husband and son... 😊 Easy to order friendly people my husband and son were happy with the food

Absolutely Terrible service. Waited over 30 min for cold, dry food. And when I told the front desk how unhappy I was, the manager was laughing and acting like she could care less. Will never go back.

The worst Panda Express I ever had in my life.
I got fried rice and chow mein.
The rice was half cooked. Couldn’t eat even one spoon.
The chow mein was undercooked too. The noodle was hard is most areas.
It was Christmas Eve that I took to go.
So bad food. I won’t recommend this place to anyone, pull get sick if you eat the undercooked food.

I had an online order that wasn't ready when I arrived. That's fine. I was told to park on the side and wait and my food would be out in 5 minutes. 35 minutes later I parked and went inside. They hadn't even started on my order. I told them what had happened. They got my order finished and asked if I wanted anything for my troubles, I declined as I worked in the food industry for many years, and understand things happen. My order was wrong due to the online ordering system. Wenatchee team fixed my order, I tried to pay but they wouldn't let me. These guys and gals are great. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a wonderful new year. You are all great employees and deserve to be compensated for your efforts. Thanks again!
We got delivery for dinner. The orange chicken was tactless and like little hard turds. Like it had been precooked several times. The chow mein was all skinny noodles with a bit of soy sauce. Couldn't find a vegetable. Horrible food

Food here was awful. I usually enjoy eating at Panda, which is why we went here. But this location has very low expectations. Service want all that great, after everything we said it was "anything else". Chow mein was more cabbage than anything, hardly any noodles at all. And some of my chicken didn't have breading at all.

Walked in waited 20 minutes for someone to just hello we will be with you soon then the workers were so horribly rude I almost took my elderly grandma somewhere else she wanted the food so I stayed but Eva was absolutely disgusting, rude manners, made us wait, didn’t say hello will for sure be taking my friends and family to a smaller family diner because this business was horrible also clean the tables and bathrooms please
