Just don’t come here. This location is not accommodating for the region they serve. The wait is 10-20 mins inside the business and drive through. Not sure if it’s locally owned or a national chain. Population and tourism in the area make it for an uncomfortable experience. You can see how overwhelming it is for the staff. Not one employee had a smile the entire hour of my experience. Hard working folks? Yes. Severely understaffed? Yes. Do better Panda Express.

The Wenatchee location is an absolute joke in so many ways. You can order pickup for any time, but they will not make your order until you show up. Thats after you wait in the pickup up line for 10min before anyone asks if you need help. Then you have to tell them to make your order. I have actually ordered for pick up at 6pm, showed up at 630pm just to see if it was ready and it wasn't. The drive through is unfortunately just as bad. I would say you could listen to half of Pink Floyd's album Dark Side of the Moon album before you get through it and get your food. Thats only with 3 cars on front of you. I only go here once a month or so because my daughter likes it. As painful as it is, I still do it for her. I keep saying im going to leave a review, but I finally had to after my 20th experience being the same time after time. Will this review do anything no, but i had to leave it.

It's decent for Chinese fast food. But the drive through was very slow and their screen outside was broken.
Never order online, it's supposed to be so you don't have to wait, but it's the complete opposite. I placed an order online and waited for 30 minutes and my food never arrived. I had to ask for a refund. Everyone is friendly except the girl working at the drive-thru, she has blue hair (I was so upset I forgot to ask her name). She has a terrible attitude and simply wouldn't give me my order even though it was ready.

This Wenatchee location is an absolute disaster. Every time I give them another chance, they manage to screw it up. They mark orders as “ready,” then when you show up, they admit it’ll be another 20+ minutes. I’ve had to cancel multiple orders because of their incompetence. The staff clearly doesn’t care, the service is a joke, and the management must be asleep at the wheel. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague
