The worst Panda Express I ever had in my life.
I got fried rice and chow mein.
The rice was half cooked. Couldn’t eat even one spoon.
The chow mein was undercooked too. The noodle was hard is most areas.
It was Christmas Eve that I took to go.
So bad food. I won’t recommend this place to anyone, pull get sick if you eat the undercooked food.

I had an online order that wasn't ready when I arrived. That's fine. I was told to park on the side and wait and my food would be out in 5 minutes. 35 minutes later I parked and went inside. They hadn't even started on my order. I told them what had happened. They got my order finished and asked if I wanted anything for my troubles, I declined as I worked in the food industry for many years, and understand things happen. My order was wrong due to the online ordering system. Wenatchee team fixed my order, I tried to pay but they wouldn't let me. These guys and gals are great. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a wonderful new year. You are all great employees and deserve to be compensated for your efforts. Thanks again!

Food here was awful. I usually enjoy eating at Panda, which is why we went here. But this location has very low expectations. Service want all that great, after everything we said it was "anything else". Chow mein was more cabbage than anything, hardly any noodles at all. And some of my chicken didn't have breading at all.

Walked in waited 20 minutes for someone to just hello we will be with you soon then the workers were so horribly rude I almost took my elderly grandma somewhere else she wanted the food so I stayed but Eva was absolutely disgusting, rude manners, made us wait, didn’t say hello will for sure be taking my friends and family to a smaller family diner because this business was horrible also clean the tables and bathrooms please

Completely incompetent. Stood in line for 30 minutes and walked out. My food sat in a box getting soggy for literally 10 minutes while the cash register moves at a trickle. Ended up just walking out without food. How hard is it to run a panda express? Apparently very, for these people.

Typical panda express food, the ONLY benefit to this location is everything will always be fresh, but there's a MASSIVE downside, you will wait for at least 15-25+min. Since moving to Wenatchee I have came here five times and I'm not exaggerating when I say my average wait time is 20+ minutes, once it was 30min. Maybe lunch is a little better but go after 5pm expect a extremely long wait.

If you've eaten at a PE anywhere besides Wenatchee, temper your expectations for this location. I ordered at 6:50 for a 7:15 pickup. I arrived at about 7:10 Order was 1/2 fried rice, 1/2 super greens and string bean chicken breast. Despite a large staff, 8-10 people, some of whom were standing around talking to each other, when I arrived at the restaurant it took a few minutes for anyone to greet me and ask about my order. When I was asked the person went and looked didn't see my order and walked off. Order was ready at 7:18, I got a text informing me it was ready, and I watched it get put up on the rack. A couple minutes later I waved down the lady who had first talked to me about getting my order. So far, not great but it's a Sat night and they were busy...not slammed by any means but busy. Before leaving I popped the container open for a quick check that I had gotten what I ordered...looked good. Got home and sat down to eat and to my surprise my bowl was about 80% rice, 3 med small pieces of broccoli and the 3 pieces of chicken I had to hunt for because they were sooo small. There were also 4-5 green beans. The rice was dry and undercooked and the chicken and green beans seemed to have been sitting around for ages and looked a bit worse for wear. I broccoli was good and in good shape. Overall, my experience was poor with staff who seemed more interested in talking to each other than in serving and being attentive to customers and the food was a travesty and barely resembled the 25% rice, 25% broccoli and 50% chicken and green beans. When I have visited other PE locations, particularly in Vegas, the service was much better and the food quality and portions exceeded expectations. I hope our local PE can pull it together but I for one won't be going back anytime soon.
