The Wenatchee location is an absolute joke in so many ways. You can order pickup for any time, but they will not make your order until you show up. Thats after you wait in the pickup up line for 10min before anyone asks if you need help. Then you have to tell them to make your order. I have actually ordered for pick up at 6pm, showed up at 630pm just to see if it was ready and it wasn't. The drive through is unfortunately just as bad. I would say you could listen to half of Pink Floyd's album Dark Side of the Moon album before you get through it and get your food. Thats only with 3 cars on front of you. I only go here once a month or so because my daughter likes it. As painful as it is, I still do it for her. I keep saying im going to leave a review, but I finally had to after my 20th experience being the same time after time. Will this review do anything no, but i had to leave it.

Never order online, it's supposed to be so you don't have to wait, but it's the complete opposite. I placed an order online and waited for 30 minutes and my food never arrived. I had to ask for a refund. Everyone is friendly except the girl working at the drive-thru, she has blue hair (I was so upset I forgot to ask her name). She has a terrible attitude and simply wouldn't give me my order even though it was ready.

This Wenatchee location is an absolute disaster. Every time I give them another chance, they manage to screw it up. They mark orders as “ready,” then when you show up, they admit it’ll be another 20+ minutes. I’ve had to cancel multiple orders because of their incompetence. The staff clearly doesn’t care, the service is a joke, and the management must be asleep at the wheel. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague

The Wenatchee panda express has always provided me when the constantly best service out of all the other fast food restaurants in town. The food quality is always great and tastes amazing. Even when this location is busy which a large majority of the time i have always been helped in a quick manner relative to how busy the staff may be. This location is also very clean and well kept. Staff, food and restaurant as a whole are great.

Ordered food on line 45 minutes early, food was not ready upon arrival. Line to get food was out the entrance door, music was blaring in lobby area, and continued to have to wait for 20 minutes, received a text stating order was ready, however it was not. Clearly not enough staff

The food here was good. They really need to improve their service. Jeison needs to speaka up. It was hard to hear him. Alba told me the beef broccoli would take 5-6 minutes but ended up waiting for 15 minutes. I've seen them help other customers while the beef broccoli was refilled. It seems like they only refill food when they're totally empty. The employees don't seem to like their job.
