I ordered online and somehow my ordered was placed wrong I called the store while waiting they hang out on me I called back again talking to the manager didn't wanted to remake the order I had to pay again and while talking to her they hang out again. Poor service, employees at the night shift instead of help customers they are outside smoking i was in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to pick up my ordered only to be missing items. I called the same night like 10 times and they never answered. Not the firts time they have missed items in my order đ€Źđ€ŹMy family loves pizza hut but we won't be buying fron this location anymore. Worse service.
By reading the reviews and most of them same issue đ€Źđ€Ź how come the owners doesn't pay attention to the issue?? How can you keep letting your employees to treat your customers like that?? This is very sad and frustrating đ

We placed an order via the Pizza Hut app, and it was glitching throughout the process. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but received a large cheese pizza. We called the restaurant and they told us it wasn't their fault and that I was welcome to order a new one through them at normal price.

I was ordering food at the drive thru with my mom one night after a long day. Through the window you could see this young lady was talking with an older looking man.fair enough they could've been busy right? Well we were waiting for service for almost 30 minutes and they had customers inside looking equally upset as they were doing absolutely nothing but chatting away during the time they were supposed to be working. After realizing that they were goofing around with one another my mother honked her horn to get their attention but the girl only flinched then continued her conversation with the young man. I'm very disappointed.

Sorry to say - I should have looked at the reviews. Pizza was wrong and no sauce with the breadsticks. I did call the store, they offered to make it right, but I am traveling and did not need more pizza that would just be tossed out, so asked for refund. Could not do a refund, but they offered credit on my account. Now will see if that actually is available. SAD SAD SAD that accuracy of orders is such an issue with this location.

Edit: Spoke to a manager who lied about the situation. When I threatened to call the police if the car was damaged, he immediately knew the car was not damaged, only the person who did this would know that.
Edit 2: I already submitted a report to that email and called the franchise owners phone number as given to me by a manager on the day the incident happened. I never received a response and now the owner responds 2 days later in a google review asking me to do what I have already done? If I could give below a 1 star I would.

Worst pizza in town, greaseball cashier upsale absolute jerk.rude af. I didn't order what was handed & then he argued that it was a "technically" an OK puzza, even though it was NOT wyfbeven ordered. Ripoff! In addition, we called and requested a refund, and we're told that "technically" the pizza was fine. "Technically" it made us sick!

Maybe not best pizza in town, but for the price on deals they usually have itâs a great option. Plus the stuffed crust is really good. Along with a the drive through option in the summer saves you from sweating in and out of the store. The pizza, and cheese sticks are a great option. The stuffed melts are also a smaller option and good too.
Worst e pizza I ever had from a Pizza Hut. I ordered a supreme pizza and paid $2 extra for olives, but didnât even get all the supreme pizza ingredients and of course no olives. Never had a Pizza Hut pizza that was so skimpy on ingredients. In the future I will not get my pizza in Wenatchee. Iwill drive the extra 15 minutes to the other Pizza Hut in East Wenatchee, much better pizza there.
The app is spotty at best, it would not allow us to place our order or use our points. The pizza was good, did it's job and filled everyone up. But the staff was amazing helped as much as they could, and really went the extra mile.

My sister had placed an order for two pepperoni pizzas and had it delivered. Sadly one pizza was incorrect and was pineapple. We understand that it was a mixup and let them(Pizza Hut) know about it and requested for our correct order. My sister sent me to go pick up the new correct order and I did so. It wasnât until I drove back home that we realized the new âcorrect orderâ was also incorrect. We had called again to let them know and there was nothing they can do but give in store credit. No managers were available to give us a refund on our previous order. It shouldnât be difficult to make sure customers are getting the correct order before handing them out.
