I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I picked out a sandwich from behind the glass cabinet, and the gentleman began making it from scratch, cooking it on the griddle. It was amazing. While waiting for my sandwich, I observed a family return a cheese tray with other goodies that looked amazing and would pair well with the different wines. If wines not you're thing, you still must try the food. I was also tried some of his Italian soup, just wow. It was a perfect side for the sandwich. Especially with the cold weather. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will return to PYBUS, just for them!

We have gone 2 times in 2 days to the Cheesemonger Shop. Jim was there both days. He was so helpful on the phone before we came in and made us the BEST sandwiches. I had a few alterations and he made them perfectly for us. The muffuletta was so delicious. Both my kids were in heaven. I went back today for a second sandwich while they were up skiing with dad. Thank you so much Jim for the full bellies and happy kids! Looking forward to our next trip out to Wenatchee.

I sampled every cheese in question. The caramelized onion cheddar and mango ginger cheeses were superb. The gorgonzola was very good. Also tried a salami which was great and they cut and packaged it nicely.If you like cheese, don't miss it!

They have several different platters you can order with a variety of items and are perfect to pair with a bottle of wine. The service was helpful and friendly as well.
