Leo has great service!
It has really slid downhill
The experience wasn't the best.
Service was slow and spotty. The food wasn't the best. Not a good experience this time.
Took my girlfriend to Red Robin and had a very pleasant experience. The food was great, and the service from my server, Leo Aguilar, was outstanding, honestly made our experience ten times better!

Had a wonderful meal, the restaurant was super busy, but the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Great food, great people, they all communicated nicely and were super accommodating!
Excellent service and timely food delivery. The endless options were popular with my husband and son. Loved the cream sodas!
If you want some outstanding fish and chips go to this Red Robin in Wenatchee. Compliments to the cook. All pictured was good. It’s also nice that other servers helped each other. All pictured plus 2 sodas and one beer was in the high 80’s for the bill.

2 Cold burgers and a soggy salad. my chicken salad was soggy and the lettuce was slimy. It has been years since we have been to a Red Robin, and now that will be the last. Walked out saying we wish we would have just went to fast food instead. Don’t waste your money here.

It is a good place to go they have great food and good staff the service that they provide are excellent they also have some of the best milkshakes it is a good place for food anytime of the day I always enjoy my meal by brother no matter what I choose so think everyone should go there

It was pretty busy, we were seated quickly and our waitress was awesome.
Sick off the chicken and wife sick off the Monster Burger. Better management and waitstaff needed. Only the Bar gives good service most of the time but the food is not the same after getting sick twice. Shannon must be #1 shareholder because she doesnt have to answer to anyone.
Good food, however; our waiter was lacking, but thankfully another stepped in to assist.
