Outstanding Service from Jack at Red Robin – Wenatchee
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Robin in Wenatchee, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Jack. From the moment we sat down, Jack went above and beyond to make our dinner special. His customer service was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. He checked on us often (but not too much!) and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.
Not only was Jack on point with service, but he also surprised us with extra fries and sauces, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food itself was very good — everything came out hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the mozzarella sticks were some of the best we’ve had in a while.
We were visiting Wenatchee from Seattle, and it was a meaningful trip for us — my grandma used to live here before she passed a few years ago. Jack’s warmth and hospitality truly made our visit extra memorable.
If you’re ever at this Red Robin, ask for Jack. He’s a gem and represents the very best in customer service. Thank you, Jack, for making our evening (and our trip) so special!

I had to wait 45 minutes to get all of my order, that was after 35 minutes of waiting for the initial order. then having to ask for my additional broccoli and ranch twice because of a communication breakdown somewhere when I asked for them upon arrival at 6:40pm and finally recieved everything at 7:25pm
The only thing that made this experience good was the kid you have up front he's hilarious and engaging with the irritated customers to de-escalate them and should be promoted to morale officer!

Got the amazing double monster with cheddar. Christian was my server and he did a fantastic job refilling my drinks in a timely manner with a friendly attitude!!

Came back from the Colchuck Lake hike, tired and hungry, and stopped by Red Robin's. Everything was just great.

Arrived a little over an hr before closing. Waited for over 10 minutes to be told they close in 30 minutes but they can seat us down. A few workers made eye contact, yet no one came to ask if we’ve been help. Very disappointed in the service.

Really used to love going here with my family, but server has been soooo ridiculously slow lately. Brought my family here from out of town, we were only a table of 4 but it took so long to even get our food and everything. I see that it’s all the same staff and management so maybe this is an opportunity for a good training thing? I don’t know. Just really sucks because we used to love coming here, sometimes multiple times per month.

Probably the last dollar Red Robin will see from me. Bad expirence 2 times ago and this one was worse. Wait time was fine for a group of 9 (25 minutes), but all down hill from there. Ordered an onion ring tower and watched 4 get carried by our table, but none landed at ours. Waited 25 minutes for the 2 kid drinks from the bar, then another 20-25 for our food. Our server promised more fries about 4 times, but they must have gone the same place as those missing onion rings. Wife's order was messed up too... Then came the Birthday Sundae, while a nice touch, not worth the 15 minutes we had to wait for it. Didn't plan a 2 hour visit to Red Robin, but we got it. Chicken was dry, sloppy burgers and almost burnt mini corn doggies. Next celebration won't be happening here. Really disappointed with what Red Robin has become...

Great place, my only complaint is the exceptionally long wait time to be noticed by a server at the front. Stood there waiting for about 10 mins before one of the servers came around the corner after noticing us.
Maybe install a press for service button at the front that just turns on a light in that area behind the wood stylized wall so the servers are alerted people are waiting on them.

2 of us went for lunch, I looked at my recite it was ok but when I got to our hotel and checked with my credit card company I was charged $6 more on top of the bill, I went in the next day to talk to and manager and 2 managers couldn't figure it out in fact, one of the managers thought maybe the waitress accidentally added. The six dollars. I still don't have an answer. Since it was SO close to dinner, my friend and I decided to order dinner, We had our receipts, we left our tip and I looked at the receipt clearly, and when we got to our hotel, I called my credit card company and uh, this time I was charged 2.70 on on 1 recite and 2.25 on the 2nd on and call them early this morning to talk to the manager. And again, she has no clue. What happened. I will not go back to Red Robin since I always use my credit card. I don't want this to happen again to anyone even me. Be careful everyone
Noise level was off the charts. Then we'd get slammed with birthday songs. I had fish and chips. It was crispy and fish, okay. I pealed the breading and got by. I just wanted something small and somewhat healthy. But really, the noise was the deal breaker.

We come to this Red Robin all the time but after the visit on 06.28.2025, I don’t think we’ll be back. First we ordered drinks, the creamy vanilla Dr. pepper was hot and weird and the regular Dr. Pepper and Sprite tasted like carbonated dirty water. We got our food pretty fast so that’s a plus. However, my husband ordered the Jalepeno Heatwave burger and it tasted super fishy and the second entree had hair on it, long blonde hair. No one in my family had blonde hair. Super disappointing considering it cost $60.
