Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Just had a birthday party for my nine-year-old nephew. Red Robin was great! Food was delicious. Our server was amazing. Shout out to Aleen, the hostess who greeted us. She was very friendly and welcoming while we were waiting for the rest of the party.

Friendly employees, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Always have great experiences when I go there. I recommend it to anyone that likes burgers and just wants to unwind.

All Bioengineered Sysco systems food. The Franz Hamburger buns are bioengineered frankenfoods. Cold fries and processed foods some served out of a microwave. No more Red Robin for me.

Took my 5 boys to Red Robin tonight and it was the best experience. I called ahead to let them know to expect us and the host was very friendly. We arrived and it was only about a 5 minute wait. Our server was incredible. Her name was Armeda (hopefully I spelled that right). She gave us amazing service. She kept our drinks full and brought fries to our table before the food arrived. She made the experience extra special.
The food arrived quickly and everything was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better night out with my boys. Thank you Armeda for your 10/10 service.

Apparently this restaurant has a very exclusive seating policy—tables must look empty for at least 20 minutes before anyone is allowed to sit. Plenty of open tables, zero urgency, zero logic. If you value your time, this is not the place.

A restaurant should respect customers’ time, especially when seating is available. Disappointing and poorly managed.

Absolutely fantastic! Burgers are smaller than have been in years past; which I personally thoroughly enjoyed. Ingredients were still top notch + worth the price.

Ordered a simple burger without the a1 sauce to go.. Had to make it twice because the cook put a1 sauce instead of READING.. waited 30 minutes and when i made my order at 436pm it was not busy. By the time I finally got my food it was very crowded.. Manager did not offer to pay for my order instead she gave me a cookie and told me she would scold the cook.. Very satisfied.. After that long taking money off makes everything better.. Not a cookie and a half hearted sorry.. The lady who took my order told me she would make sure he didn't put the a1 on and he did anyway.. Grr

I got carry out using a family meal choice. Comes with plenty of sauces and garnishes for the hamburger. Great for a meeting too.

Outstanding Service from Jack at Red Robin – Wenatchee

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Robin in Wenatchee, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Jack. From the moment we sat down, Jack went above and beyond to make our dinner special. His customer service was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. He checked on us often (but not too much!) and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

Not only was Jack on point with service, but he also surprised us with extra fries and sauces, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food itself was very good — everything came out hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the mozzarella sticks were some of the best we’ve had in a while.

We were visiting Wenatchee from Seattle, and it was a meaningful trip for us — my grandma used to live here before she passed a few years ago. Jack’s warmth and hospitality truly made our visit extra memorable.

If you’re ever at this Red Robin, ask for Jack. He’s a gem and represents the very best in customer service. Thank you, Jack, for making our evening (and our trip) so special!
