Got booted out of the dining area cause it was 230. Otherwise the sandwiches where great as always. Went over to the nearby park and had a picnic there. Glad it went down that way!

I enjoy the amazing food selection, and the staff are so personable. They also do a great job if you need catered lunches for a group gathering.

It was crazy busy and we still got our food in a timely manner! Everything was fresh, the broccoli cheddar soup would have been better in a bread bowl (very cheesy and thick) but the rueben was spot on! Every bite had the perfect blend of sauce, saurkraut and meat!

First time trying, went in at around 11:20, fast friendly service, good food, clean facility, can't ask for much more. Got a Wenatchee Favorite turkey club sandwich, filled thick with fillings, good soft fresh bread. Will be returning when I get another deli sandwich craving.

My son because of a special diet can only have sourdough bread. We moved here a few months ago, and today had a chance to get lunch. For 4 regular sandwiches and a bowl(sm bowl) of soup was $56. Now it's expensive to eat out anymore, but when made very quality it can be worth it. It was mainly bread with nearly no meat or vegetables. The bread is delicious, but was upset about the fillings. I called and spoke to the manager. After explaining the situation, she immediately defused the frustration and gave me multiple options to solve the problem. Because of her great customer service we will go back. I'll just be more aware of asking for toppings. The soup, small, but very good

Definitely wouldn't recommend this sandwich shop. Ladies were extremely rude.
Great selecting of sandwiches and sides. The quality of the sandwich was better than expected and the bread was *perfectly warmed*. Very good choice of ingredients and good selection without overly complicating it. Very friendly staff and clean seating area that felt open and not claustrophobic.

*response to the owner As stated- we did NOT come in during lunch rush. How would you know if it was busy if you werent there? Did you leave all 3 employees that hadnt been properly trained by themselves? What is your excuse for the 1 slice of turkey and pastrami on my sandwich? I can look past somethings with training new people. But that sandwich? Definitely not.First time here and there is no way I'd step foot in this place ever again. Do these sandwiches look piled high like their pictures on their site and store? Not even close. We came here before lunch rush and it still look 35minutes to get them. Spent $35 on two sandwiches and it was garbage. Could have gone across the street to safeway and spent $10 on a sub big enough to feed 4 people. The girl taking orders was back and forth touching the bread, money and register with the same gloves. I watched her burn bread and just toss it on the floor. I watched another lady take unwashed romaine hearts from the bag, cut it and make a salad. We stood waiting to give our order for about 5-10mins while they took phone orders before ours. The three workers where just unpleasant, unwelcoming and extremely grumpy looking. It was just all around terrible experience. I deeply regret not walking out and going elsewhere. Waste of time and money. Do not in anyway recommend this place.

My first experience with this store was in Arizona and when it came to Wenatchee I couldn't have been happier I've been there four times in the 2 weeks that I've known that it was in East Wenatchee.

Had a fantastic experience will be going again soon thanks for the hospitality
Solid sandwich place. Beats out Jimmy Johns with fresher tasting ingredients and delicious (baked daily) sourdough bread. Definitely for Wenatchee standards, one of the best sandwich places in town. Price seemed fair for the quality, and they offer a rewards program which is cool. A lot of bad reviews about service, didn’t encounter any of that. Only open for a few hours per day so plan accordingly.
Service was great, but the food was pretty lackluster and pretty pricey for what you get.
