I’ve been eating here for awhile and the food is solid. Unfortunately they forgot my pickle the last time I came in 4 stars.
Just went in today because I haven’t had this place in forever and thought I would take my daughter in because I remember it being really good. Walked in at 2:45 (they closed at 3) and as someone who has worked food industry in the past, I asked to be curiosity “are you still open?” her reply “the door was unlocked wasn’t it?” With a snarky attitude. Then her co worker comes up rushing me to order. I tell her I want a turkey and she ask what cheese. I asked for half or light cheese. She looks over at her co worker with a look and was being a smart ass and says “how do I do that?” Trying to make me feel like I was stupid for asking. Gee iv lived in this earth for 32 years iv had a million places give me half cheese and not act like it was the dumbest thing in the world. Just an absolutely disgusting attitude on both these old woman. I told them never mind and that I was good I did not want to order and that they were rude. One of them said something rude as I walked out about coming when they were closing. Umm hello the time of operation is till 3 that means you’re open till 3. Don’t like it get a different job. My 8 year old daughter told me as we were leaving. “That was terrible behavior”. My 3rd grader told me two older woman at a business establishment were rude. How sad is that. That should tell you everything you need to know. Do not support this kind of terrible customer service.
Amazing warm sourdough! Fresh made sandwiches. Can't go wrong. Just wish they were open later in the day.
First time customer and blown away by the food quality and experience/service.
Sandwiches were amazing, customer service was top notch and you can tell that this is a well oiled machine. We had a call-in order for 8 meals and we ordered 2 more to go.
Bread was amazing toasted (we don't eat a ton of bread but love it when we do :)). Only regret was not going for the large size sandwich as the regular leaves you wanting more. I got the roast beef and it was money.
All the staff was friendly and very helpful for our first time. Check-out was around 11:45 and the place was busy. We will be back.
Not very friendly and the food is definitely overpriced.
Order at counter. Sourdough bread is excellent
Food was fantastic but the service was even better. I don’t live around Wenatchee but I will be coming here every time I come back!
Got booted out of the dining area cause it was 230. Otherwise the sandwiches where great as always. Went over to the nearby park and had a picnic there. Glad it went down that way!

I enjoy the amazing food selection, and the staff are so personable. They also do a great job if you need catered lunches for a group gathering.

It was crazy busy and we still got our food in a timely manner! Everything was fresh, the broccoli cheddar soup would have been better in a bread bowl (very cheesy and thick) but the rueben was spot on! Every bite had the perfect blend of sauce, saurkraut and meat!

First time trying, went in at around 11:20, fast friendly service, good food, clean facility, can't ask for much more. Got a Wenatchee Favorite turkey club sandwich, filled thick with fillings, good soft fresh bread. Will be returning when I get another deli sandwich craving.

My son because of a special diet can only have sourdough bread. We moved here a few months ago, and today had a chance to get lunch. For 4 regular sandwiches and a bowl(sm bowl) of soup was $56. Now it's expensive to eat out anymore, but when made very quality it can be worth it. It was mainly bread with nearly no meat or vegetables. The bread is delicious, but was upset about the fillings. I called and spoke to the manager. After explaining the situation, she immediately defused the frustration and gave me multiple options to solve the problem. Because of her great customer service we will go back. I'll just be more aware of asking for toppings. The soup, small, but very good

Definitely wouldn't recommend this sandwich shop. Ladies were extremely rude.
Great selecting of sandwiches and sides. The quality of the sandwich was better than expected and the bread was *perfectly warmed*. Very good choice of ingredients and good selection without overly complicating it. Very friendly staff and clean seating area that felt open and not claustrophobic.
