Our server was excellent but she was hampered by the kitchen. One dish was served, while everyone else waited a significant amount of time before the next dish was served.. My wife's steak was ordered medium rare and was served well done. They made another but more time. They apologized and offered free dessert. In the end, the food was very good when we got it. I will return, hoping that their timing will improve.
While booking, I included that we were celebrating my birthday and a special night out for my 90 mother in law. Shakti's did not even bring it up. So while booking through open table, don't expect the restaurant to read your special notes.

But we have discovered Shatki's checks all our boxes for my wife and I every time so far. Soft music so people can talk in hushed library voices that does not diminish our romantic date nights. Food has been reliable. Wait service is welcoming, attentive, and delivered with professional elegance. Reservations are reliable.
