We had an amazing dinner from Smokeblossom Catering, a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately we ate it faster than I could take a picture! We started with a gazpacho which tasted so fresh it was like eating it straight from the garden. Second course was the flatbread with pork belly, sage pesto and the best apricot chutney ever. Could have eaten more flatbread! Our paella was the main course, which was in no condition too be photographed, but had an abundance of mussels, shrimp, chicken and rice. Lastly was expresso panna cotta. A light dessert for an unforgettable meal experience! Thank you Tim Putnam.
