My husband and daughter were there today at 5:35 pm and they were told they couldn't make their pink drinks because they were close. They got home so sad and I call the store and I was told they close at 6 but they close their machines early but as far as I know there is no need of a espresso machine for a pink drink. Their excuse was they are short I stuff but honestly there is always an excuse with that location. We got to the location at east wenatchee across the mall 5 minutes before closing and they did our drinks and they gave us such a great customer service.

The worker there has an attitude and seems like she does not want to work at all and only had enough ingredients to make me a small when I asked for a venti. I asked for 2 drinks and only got one and I was charged 9.45 , terrible workers .

The barista made the drink wrong. Then I had asked for two shots of espresso to be added to one drink she added 2 shot to the double batch she made. Questioned her about it she just blew me off. This is one of my regular Starbucks as they usually make good drinks. But the last few times the barista has not made drinks like I asked. If I'm paying over 14 dollars for two drinks they should be as I ordered.
