Taste and quality starting to go downhill. For how expensive a coffee is, with the expectation that customers also tip, quality of coffee should be better.

Took over 35 mins to get our order (three simple coffees) with a store full of others also waiting for their orders. The most infuriating part of the visit was watching two of the employees move at snails pace and joke and laugh with regulars(?) “we’re 25 mins behind lol - better add another 25 on to that lol.” Two of the other employees were busting their tails getting food orders out and cleaning - hats off to them! (As a side note - I understand this was Labor Day weekend, but I’ve never waited more than 10 mins at any other Starbucks for coffee - ever. And even then, received a heartfelt “we’re so sorry!” or “thank you for your patience.”)

Very bad customer service. Would not even acknowledge me after waiting for 15 min for one drink. No lines. People that ordered after me were served. I made eye contact with the server hoping she would acknowledge me. But she would not!!! eventually I had to ask if my order was still in the cue. After finally getting my drink there was nothing said by server except “The straws are over there” with a frown and a finger point. No “bye” no “have a nice day”. Wow!!!! I’ll never go to this location again. Customer service is truly hard to find these days.
