“Closing times should stay the same time,.went to Wenatchee store @6:37pm, and Was told the lobby closed at 6:30 pm but still made me go out to go Thur drive thru, not happy if you close the lobby at a time lock the door, or take the ones that walked in ,just 7 mins, really but over all keep the coupons too. Still great “
“Gotta hand it to these guys, they were awesome. I live in Leavenworth, and recently got a booklet of coupons for Subway. I live in Leavenworth, and the only Subway in Leavenworth has a big sign: "NO COUPONS." And were totally rude about it. I went to one other Subway, who also gave me the same treatment.But these guys were awesome. They apologized for their rudeness, and gladly took the coupons and gave me service with a smile. Great job guys! I will gladly drive past their stores to go to yours any day.“
“Young employee was overworked and obviously exhausted, but still made sure to make our sandwiches to order. Despite needing to look at the menu for directions multiple times he was very kind and polite. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE HE WAS ALONE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING WITH 7 PEOPLE COMING IN BEHIND US BUT MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR FOOD HE EVEN GOT A NOSEBLEED AND POWERED THROUGH LIKE A CHAMP“
