Went in for my favorite Italian sub sandwich. This is the worst Subway sandwich I have ever received. The bread must have been two or three days old it was like trying to eat a sandwich with bread you could have broken a window with. Huge letdown that they would even build a sandwich on bread that was that old and hard. I will never eat at this Subway establishment again..

Service was terrible. The workers name is Daniel. He has long hair put into a braid. We asked for a sandwich we have already gotten in other Subways and this guy said he couldn’t make it for us and gave us more sandwich options ??♀️. They only had Italian bread too and were out of the other ones. No ice on the soda machine either. We were four people that went and used two coupons. He told us he was not going to take both and that he would only take one for it being four of us. That’s makes no sense, I’ve used two coupons at other subways with 4 people including me.
Daniel is such a wonderful help in this location goes far and beyond expectations

Closing times should stay the same time,.went to Wenatchee store @6:37pm, and Was told the lobby closed at 6:30 pm but still made me go out to go Thur drive thru, not happy if you close the lobby at a time lock the door, or take the ones that walked in ,just 7 mins, really but over all keep the coupons too. Still great

Didn't allow custom sandwiches on the menu, had to go with more expensive one, only had two types of bread, no ice in pop machine. Don't ever plan on going back.
