So can someone tell me what’s the point on telling the person taking your order how you want your order if they not going to listen, she says I will let them know . Of course I get to work not only was my order wrong but cold . I use to work fast food so I know busy but that was not the case at all just lazy . No more fast food once again 🤦🏽♀️

I have been going to taco time for years, since late 80's. always was good food , and service. But i have had alot of problems with both the last couple years. How hard is it to train and watch your employees and make sure they are doing things right . Is it the managers ? or the employees ? All i know is there always seems to be a mistake with my orders. i worked at a mexican fast food like taco time . things are not difficult to run and make the food. deep fryers , a couple min for fries and crisp burritos. wraps are simple, shell meat cheese and lettuce maybe a tomato, it is not hard to do this. .also taking and making the order is correct before they get it to you is also a simple thing to do. .I owned my own business and i would give them 2 to 3 times of getting things wrong either because they did not care about my business or just lazy or had no manners to work with the public. come on people do it right . It is not because their young i was working when i was 16 and i did my hob right and management taught us well and paid attention to what was happening with their employees . So owners and management you better start watching
how the employees are running your business, If you dont care they wont either , take action when things are not done right . unlike i write . i am lazy when i am writing on the computer

I went there this morning and the drive thru attendant “Andrea” was zoned out on her phone. She was actively texting someone instead of watching the front counter. I waited nearly 10 minutes before someone finally came to help me. (A Hispanic male in his 30s) I asked him if his employees were allowed to be on their phones while on the clock and he “said yes they are.” With an attitude, I then informed him that it is a health code violation to be using your phone while working with food. To which he replied “no it’s not” he then told me to leave “his restaurant”. Great customer service Taco Time!

Very disappointed. I ordered three items. Classic chicken burrito, fish taco, and beef taco. The chicken burrito was filled with very dried out chicken and hard rice but the tortilla was nice and soft. The fish taco had a good amount of fish in it but the fish was very over cooked. The beef taco lacked any seasoning on the beef and it seemed like it was the bottom of the dish ground beef not the fresh just made portion. Good salsa though. The cashier who took my order was not friendly at all and I felt like I was disturbing his afternoon. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was very clean. I'm hoping this was a one off issue because it was between lunch and dinner. It was enough of an experience that I'm not pushing myself to return.

I pulled into the drive through the guy said to wait just one minute. I waited ten, he didn't answer so I drove up with abig line of cars behind me to the window and he was on his personal phone doing nothing not even taking orders or working. White guy with a brown beard
Very unfortunate in all my years of going to Wenatchee Taco Time this has been the WORST experience. I ordered online and sent my mom to pick it up and the girls were being rude. after 20 mins of waiting my mom goes inside to get it and they tell her they will bring it out when it’s ready for the second time. they let her know they put a comp card in the bag . i get my food and the ‘crisp’ bean burrito is veryyyyy undercooked more like soggy oily burrito, same with the mexi fries and the classic burrito i couldn’t even hold with my hands it looks like they used it to wipe the rail and then wrapped it in the paper and gave it to me . did they know my food was undercooked and that was the reason for the comp card or was it for the attitude they were giving my mom when she went to pick up the food. Either way, i am very disappointed. as a previous employee back in the day I know for a fact we wouldn’t let this slide so i don’t know whats changed but they need to do better

Had the fajita chicken bowl at Taco Time Wenatchee last night. Chicken was flavorful, veggies were fresh, and the portion was just right. Quick service and clean spot. Great for a fast, filling meal.
