I have been going to taco time for years, since late 80's. always was good food , and service. But i have had alot of problems with both the last couple years. How hard is it to train and watch your employees and make sure they are doing things right . Is it the managers ? or the employees ? All i know is there always seems to be a mistake with my orders. i worked at a mexican fast food like taco time . things are not difficult to run and make the food. deep fryers , a couple min for fries and crisp burritos. wraps are simple, shell meat cheese and lettuce maybe a tomato, it is not hard to do this. .also taking and making the order is correct before they get it to you is also a simple thing to do. .I owned my own business and i would give them 2 to 3 times of getting things wrong either because they did not care about my business or just lazy or had no manners to work with the public. come on people do it right . It is not because their young i was working when i was 16 and i did my hob right and management taught us well and paid attention to what was happening with their employees . So owners and management you better start watching
how the employees are running your business, If you dont care they wont either , take action when things are not done right . unlike i write . i am lazy when i am writing on the computer

Very unfortunate in all my years of going to Wenatchee Taco Time this has been the WORST experience. I ordered online and sent my mom to pick it up and the girls were being rude. after 20 mins of waiting my mom goes inside to get it and they tell her they will bring it out when it’s ready for the second time. they let her know they put a comp card in the bag . i get my food and the ‘crisp’ bean burrito is veryyyyy undercooked more like soggy oily burrito, same with the mexi fries and the classic burrito i couldn’t even hold with my hands it looks like they used it to wipe the rail and then wrapped it in the paper and gave it to me . did they know my food was undercooked and that was the reason for the comp card or was it for the attitude they were giving my mom when she went to pick up the food. Either way, i am very disappointed. as a previous employee back in the day I know for a fact we wouldn’t let this slide so i don’t know whats changed but they need to do better

Had the fajita chicken bowl at Taco Time Wenatchee last night. Chicken was flavorful, veggies were fresh, and the portion was just right. Quick service and clean spot. Great for a fast, filling meal.

Holy cow inflation has hit Taco Time hard! 70 dollars for 3 meals via drive through! Wenatchee has way better mexican options for 2/3's the cost.

Went in drive-thru ordered two crispy beef burritos at 9:00 I didn't get two crispy beef burritos I got too cold crispy one beef one chicken literally cold and I think the guy running the register was fraudulently taken my money and then I tried calling six times and no answer and no call back very rude as expensive as they are normally I don't call on stuff like this and I wasn't going to whenever the first beef one felt like it had been there since freaking noon but when I bit into the second cold one and it wasn't even beef that's wrong

They will get your order wrong 99% of the time. Not a joke, we’ve gone 3 times and not a single time has our order been 100% correct. The East Wenatchee Taco time never had an issue. These aren’t complex orders either, 2 crisp burritos and a drink should not be difficult to understand and make 😂 first time they forgot out drink, second time they gave us the wrong meat inside and this third time i get home and they gave me 2 crisp tacos. I will be driving 20 extra minutes to go to a taco time with competent employees because good lord
Went here after a long work meeting. Took 20minutes to get through the drive thru and they forgot the mexi fries. Considering how expensive everything at taco time is and that being 20% of the cost of my order is super frustrating. Other taco times the window person reviews the receipt to ensure everything is in the bag to avoid mistakes like this.

Been going here for a while. Quality has gone down hill lately. Taco was 95% lettuce and now they ration the taco sauces. I ordered 5 items and asked for 6 taco sauces and was denied for the first time ever. The taco sauces are now smaller and I use on average 1.5 sauces per item. Taco Bell sucks too but they don't ration my taco sauce so I guess I'll be going there from here on out.
