So can someone tell me what’s the point on telling the person taking your order how you want your order if they not going to listen, she says I will let them know . Of course I get to work not only was my order wrong but cold . I use to work fast food so I know busy but that was not the case at all just lazy . No more fast food once again 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have been going to taco time for years, since late 80's. always was good food , and service. But i have had alot of problems with both the last couple years. How hard is it to train and watch your employees and make sure they are doing things right . Is it the managers ? or the employees ? Had the fajita chicken bowl at Taco Time Wenatchee last night. Chicken was flavorful, veggies were fresh, and the portion was just right. Quick service and clean spot. Great for a fast, filling meal.
