Putt putt and beer is a great idea.. but staff was clearly unhappy and very unwelcoming. Barely any interaction with main bartender and prices were higher than expected. We ordered two pizzas and the fig base one came out so sugary it was inedible. Basically extremely sweet fig jelly with normal (good) pizza toppings. When I spoke with another waitress about our dissatisfaction she was also short and rude. We were so excited for pie and putts but the way they portrayed it was horrible.

I will never return to this establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, and my experience echoed similar complaints I’ve seen in other reviews. We participated in bingo but couldn’t hear the numbers being called. When we brought this up our concerns were not well received, which only added to the disappointing experience. It’s frustrating to see a pattern of unprofessional behavior with these repeated concerns.

Unreliable hours and ridiculously hard to get ahold of. Website and Voicemail said they opened at 1. We showed up to a sign on the door that said they opened at 2pm and were waiting in the rain for our kids birthday party well past then. Not able to get ahold of the business

I visited Tap and Putt a couple of years ago and had an amazing time, so I decided to bring some work colleagues who were in town for business. I was hoping for a repeat of that great initial experience. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my previous visit.

Specifically, our game of Bingo fell very flat. The caller didn't do much to liven up the atmosphere, which only added to the dullness. It lacked the energy and excitement I was hoping for, and the entire game ended up feeling like a chore rather than a fun activity.

The overall maintenance and management has noticeably declined. I felt like there might have been a change in management, but when I asked, they said they were still owned by the original owners.

It is an unfortunate experience when you fail to meet a customer's previous set expectation. There are definitely better options out there for a fun night out. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for an entertaining night out, especially if you are trying to impress some guests.

We loved the rental options to host our son’s birthday party. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Our guests had a great time and everyone was looking forward to using their space for future events.

Tap N Putt offers a unique experience with its combination of a taproom and a putt-putt course, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons. The decent variety of beverages caters to different tastes, and the friendly, attentive staff enhance the overall experience. The pizza is amazing !
We love bingo night and enjoy the professionalism of the staff !

Debated on posting this, but I stopped by while in town last week. Place seems in some sort of funk and not as friendly of staff compared to when I was in last. It's definitely not as fun with Dylan not being there. Probably won't be back.

The bar tender was so rude. I would never come back. Gold was pretty boring. We had a group for a party and they told us multiple times to settle down when we were all just playing golf. They had one other small group and treated us terrible. I would never come back.

RANT RANT RANT***I just want to let all my Wenatchee people know that I will never be going to Tap and Putt ever again and I’ll tell you why….Two days ago we learned that our private school was cancelling our 10th grade class to go see the play “Grease” due to inappropriate content. This is their protocol night where they get all dressed up and go to dinner and then the play. Since they weren’t going to the play, we needed to find something for the class to do instead. I reached out to Tap and putt to reserve some time for this kids to hang out after dinner. The owner said he could accommodate our two hour time slot and if I could come down to give the deposit. Mind you, the arranged upon price was $500 for 2 hours. Upon doing so, I told him our sob story about the kids not being able to go to the play. He then said that changes things and had to ask his partner if he could still accommodate us. His response VERBATIM:“Just giving you a call back about Saturday night unfortunately we cannot do something like that . We were expecting more adults to be there and pay for drinks and ordering food . So if you still want to do something to do something on Sunday for your group, but just unfortunately, we need to stay open for the public on Saturday night if you have any questions or anything like that call back”I was in correspondence telling him that we were paying for the time of the venue. What if we were a group of adults who were going to be in the group were all recovering alcoholics?! Would you turn us away then? I said “Please, I’m begging you! We need somewhere for these kids to enjoy the rest of their big night!” He then responded that he would accommodate us IF WE PAID AN ADDITIONAL $300! This is the definition of price gouging. We talked amongst the parents and they wanted to go ahead and pay it to make sure the kids enjoyed their evening.Upon saying we would pay it, the owner then said “We’ve decided not to host your party. Hope you find something else for your situation!”I have been a loyal member of Tap and Putt for years. We EASILY could have made it over $1000 with snacks and drinks for 2 hours not to mention the fact that they cared more about trying to make money off alcohol than helping out kids for their alternative “prom” night. Super disappointed and frustrated.
