We were visiting for our sons soccer game. We picked this because of the ratings. We were not disappointed. The two young men working there gave us the skinny on the menu. Made recommendations. It was fantastic! Food was excellent. They have no shortage of sauces. And the fries were heavenly! We highly recommend you try the Chicken Shack out! If we lived here we would definately be regulars!

The employee Joey sold us on everything. Since it was our first time he made us feel so welcomed and gave us recommendations on all the sauces and foods. He even let us sample the sauces to let us know which one we would like. His customer service and salesmanship was the best I’ve ever seen. The best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had and I hate restaurant Mac and cheeese. The boneless chicken is FRESH, soft and juicy. The fries are perfectly seasoned. This is truly a hidden jem.

I had gone during lunch recommended by Red Lion Hotel, truly a gift to the town. The food was phenomenal, the service was hilariously top tier, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for a wonderful experience !!

Came to Chicken Shack last week and left pretty disappointed. The employee at the register was pretty rude and seemed like he hated his job. I told him what I wanted and he gave me a rude response. He then gave me the wrong change after I ordered. I came here with a buddy and when they brought my food the employee didn’t know which one was which so he told us to switch them around if we need to. I’ll never be coming back to this establishment. Extremely overpriced food for not that much food. If you like employees that don’t know how to do their job, and greasy overpriced chicken you can to the right place.

Amazing chicken, amazing staff, and amazing cook!!! Food is 10/10 and the homemade hot honey sauce is the best! Also hooked it up with extra tenders, will definitely be coming back when we visit:))

Visiting town for a little while and we were blown away! The chicken was fantastic! The gentleman who made the chicken was also fantastic! It is clear he is proud of his work and it shows in the food:) he also gave us a side of his house made hot honey (which is a must have!)

My husband and I came in on August 21st, the two supervisors who were working were absolutely wonderful. Their sauce recommendations were amazing! Also my compliments to the chef, we each had the 5 piece strip combo. The chicken was wonderfully flavored and still moist! The fries were to die for and so were the mac and cheese bites. We got the funnel cake fries for dessert and those things could end wars they are so good. Overall the staff is wonderful, you dont find customer service like that anymore and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back!
The food was delicious! Chicken was juicy and crispy! I also got the fried pickles, yummy! Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in. Clean area! Definitely go give it a try!

Just left here and came to edit my 5/5 rating I left over a year ago. Our experience began with the male cashier being incredibly impatient as we look at the menu. I understand feeling stressed in a lunch rush but there were only two other people in there at the time that we came in and they already had their meal.
I would ask questions and he didn’t answer but instead my boyfriend would figure it out and answer. He seemed frustrated at our presence and then once we got our food, he forgot our sauce so we went up to ask and again, didn’t direct any word to us just grabbed the sauce and put it on the counter.
It felt awkward staying but we had already paid. The taste of the food was okay but it was certainly not worth the price, the wait, and the bad attitude we had to experience to eat here.
Very unfortunate experience after our first and second great experience here while in Wenatchee.
OLD REVIEW: Delicious and filling! The garlic fries and spicy ranch were delicious. Try the honey habanero sauce with your chicken! It is delicious!
