The flavor of the food is great; however, the portion size was kinda disappointing. Ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was half a waffle and I got a piece and a half of chicken. The one piece was about the length of my finger, but the second piece was smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget. It tasted great, but not at all filling.

The crappy customer service is enough for me not to return to this place...when asking what the most popular item was off the menu the guy working the register replied with your looking at it ... as he pointed to the whole menu. Not a smile or have a good day. ( they were not busy )

Sadly the chicken and breading are not seasoned so the meat is bland. Very bland. Now I know why they emphasize their sauces so much, the sauce is the only thing with flavor. I had the mac and cheese and that was also bland, dry, and not very cheesy to be honest. Had wings and fingers and both required lots of salt and pepper. The meat was cooked right, no red bits nor was the meat dry but that’s the only good bit.

Order the 5 peice finger meal for delivery for the first time. I was very impressed. The chicken was nice and crunchy outside and moist af inside. Some of the best I've ever had. You truly can't go wrong with the fingers. I will definitely order again. Great job!

Edit for August 2024: Just want to wish Dean a quick recovery!! We stopped by yesterday and food was absolutely fantastic, just like last time. Can’t wait to go again, hope Dean will be back on his feet soon.
Original review: Usually I wait until I leave the place to leave a review, but I can't wait that long. Dude... Dude... Best chicken I have ever had. The seasoned breading is amazing on the Shack Bites, the BBQ sauce is perfect, and the baked beans... I speak 4 languages and can't find a proper word. Delicious doesn't encompass it. Where has this place been all my life? As a Maryland native, there are so many nostalgic flavors in their food. And the service is immaculate. The service we got from Joey and Dean was something I haven't really seen anywhere else. And the prices are not reflective of the current economy; super affordable for so many pieces of quality chicken. I really enjoyed coming here and will be coming here every time I visit Wenatchee from now on!
Super friendly staff great with conversation with customers, the food is top notch I had the honey habanero sauce, which comes made fresh with locally sourced habaneros. The were super crispy fresh out of the fryer. And the mac & cheese is on point the guys were nice enough to give me a sample I’ll definitely be bringing my here more often. Highly recommended.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. The sandwich was almost perfect... Definitely much better than chick fillet. I liked the ingredients and the sauce, but the bun could be a little better... It's better than other restaurants, but still too sweet. The Mac and cheese was a bit boring, but I threw in some extra sauce and it tasted much better. I would definitely recommend this place. I think they have better chicken than the large American fried chicken restaurant chains.
