My husband and I came in on August 21st, the two supervisors who were working were absolutely wonderful. Their sauce recommendations were amazing! Also my compliments to the chef, we each had the 5 piece strip combo. The chicken was wonderfully flavored and still moist! The fries were to die for and so were the mac and cheese bites. We got the funnel cake fries for dessert and those things could end wars they are so good. Overall the staff is wonderful, you dont find customer service like that anymore and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Just left here and came to edit my 5/5 rating I left over a year ago. Our experience began with the male cashier being incredibly impatient as we look at the menu. I understand feeling stressed in a lunch rush but there were only two other people in there at the time that we came in and they already had their meal.
I would ask questions and he didn’t answer but instead my boyfriend would figure it out and answer. He seemed frustrated at our presence and then once we got our food, he forgot our sauce so we went up to ask and again, didn’t direct any word to us just grabbed the sauce and put it on the counter.
It felt awkward staying but we had already paid. The taste of the food was okay but it was certainly not worth the price, the wait, and the bad attitude we had to experience to eat here.
Very unfortunate experience after our first and second great experience here while in Wenatchee.
OLD REVIEW: Delicious and filling! The garlic fries and spicy ranch were delicious. Try the honey habanero sauce with your chicken! It is delicious!
Awesome lil joint. Service was great. Their chicken is delicious and have many sauces to choose from. Their Parmesan Garlic Fries are the best!

Had the chicken shack for the first time….. loved it!!!! The quality of food the hospitality of the people working is making me come back again! Totally recommend! I ordered the chicken nugs with the hot spicy bbq yumm yumm!!!! Definitely give them a try!!!!! Outstanding service chicken shack! Loved everything about my visit today!

Absolutely amazing experience at The Chicken Shack in Wenatchee. Joey was incredible. One of the friendliest and most attentive cashiers we've ever encountered. He made sure we were completely satisfied and even offered samples of new sauces. One of them was unbelievable. The food was phenomenal—hot, crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Huge shoutout to the head chef for delivering on every bite. Highly recommend this spot if you're in town. We’ll definitely be back.

Hands down, the best chicken salad I've ever had! A must try, the Fiesta lime chicken salad. The chefs own recipe. This huge salad was loaded and crispy chicken. The dressing, a spicy ranch with lime, was literally the icing on the cake. Delicious! It looked like a Fiesta! The chicken wings were also really good. Crispy with just the right amount of salt. The fries did not disappoint either. They were crispy with some kind of good flavor on them. Lots of sauce to choose from. The service was friendly and I could see that the chef is proud of his dishes, as he should be. Thank you for a great lunch
We loved it! Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Chicken, fries, mac salad , hot BBQ baked beans were fantastic. Sauces: teryaki, Vegas gold, ranch and the bonus hot honey. We bought a single meal for 2 to split and received the sides as a bonus. Enough food for us to bring some home, plus we loved the hot honey enough to buy extra to have at home. The staff rocked. We'll be back!!

Tasted nothing but black pepper in the baked beans I got with a meal order. Absolutely horrendous. I do not recommend. This is an actually obscene amount of black pepper. The fact that we were charged for something like this is genuinely criminal.
I will be leaving other reviews elsewhere regarding this. This was completely unacceptable to serve anyone.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The food was perfect. Sauces were amazing. We had wings, tenders, mac n cheese and fried pickles. The chicken was perfection. The fried pickles were to die for. The staff was kind and welcoming. We tried the baked beans, they were really good. I definitely recommend this restaurant 100%
