I’m from out of town, work in the area every few weeks. I came in to order a wrap. The wrap that I requested isn’t something that they have specifically on the menu. But they were able to make it for me, kinda a special order off of an existing wrap. And let me tell you, it is by far the best version of this wrap I’ve ever had, even when I make them at home. It’s a buffalo chicken wrap with buffalo hot or medium, depending on my mood. The owner Chip was very friendly and helpful. He said maybe one day he’ll add it as a menu item. It’s not very often that a restaurant will change the whole dynamic of your day, but they team down at The Chicken Shack have done that for me each time I’ve been in. Thanks y’all, and keep it up!!!

stopped to grab lunch: the chicken tenders and fries were very good (chicken was tender and juicy, the fries had a crispy coating that was tasty), got medium buffalo sauce and it too was good … husband said the chicken buffalo fries were better than my regular tenders and fries

I went to this place when it first opened with my husband and we loved it, the customer service was great and food was amazing. Our last couple of experiences have been disappointing. We went in tonight and wasn't greated, didn't say anything, and walked back into the kitchen multiple times blatantly ignoring us... I went to order and he just had a bad attitude and this seems to be a trend here. Your customer service used to be friendly when you'd enter and today it felt like we shouldn't have even been there tonight. McDonald's has better customer service than this. Also your employee took a smoke break out front and went back inside without washing their hands and started cooking...gross. Sad to say we won't be coming back.

Soo..I inititally thought it was overpriced and felt a bit slighted. But once the chicken showed up, WOW. Huge pieces of lightly breaded white meat. The garlic fries were extremely hot and fresh. The chef? came out and seemed very invested/passionate in his work.I highly, highly recommened this chicken joint.

"Habanero Honey"Prefect blend of "Magic" for the taste budsTried the new "Habanero Honey BBQ" sauce today. NOT what most expect from a habanero sauce. Hands down one of the most flavorful habanero sauces out there with a ? subtle kick of heat. Killer sauce that you must try!!! Top it all off with a "Mac & Jack's" and your good to go ????

Eat here if you want to pay for full size meal and still be hungry after. Food has no flavor, chicken is dry, and fries are cold, stale, and mediocre. Better off going to the store and getting all the stuff yourself and making it at home.
