Had a great time at Szmanias Catering pop-up dinner 8/23rd! Fun spot, great vibe and delicious food!! My favorite cider was "The Duchess" but each paring was refreshing and complimented the dinner well. The warm Rhubarb Custard pie with whipped cream was incredible too. We ate it so fast, we forgot to take a picture :-)

We met Sarah, the owner of Watercore, at a separate event outside of the brick and mortar location. We had a great visit, discussing the ciders available at the event (Dutchess was especially delish!!!) as well as the cider-making process. She was so kind and generous in sharing her knowledge. The ciders were beyond what I imagined and there is no comparison with generic grocery store cider. As visitors to Wenatchee, we will miss visiting her establishment’s open hours. If I could extend the stay long enough to try more of the ciders on tap, I would. Watercore is at the top of my wish list for a future return trip.

Highly recommended, I shared a sweet potato pie and a cider with a friend and it was absolutely amazing. The environment was welcoming with so many local artists at the open mic event. I will be going back, the pies were a very nice and unique touch.

Great food and drinks. The atmosphere is very relaxed and open while still having a cozy feel to it. The staff are great and very friendly. Definitely read the descriptions of the covers as they hilarious and accurate. If you love hand pies you don't want to miss this place. There little hidden gargoyles and art pieces sprinkled throughout as well :)

I enjoy Thursday open mics so much! This is a supportive environment in which to "get out there" and get your feet wet as a singer, musician, poet, or comedian. Watercore is a great part of the local artist community and hosts concerts, comedy events, and artist showcases for our local First Friday each month. You will make great friends and connections at their events and you will be greatly encouraged by regular performers to get up there and show what ya got!
Not least of all are the food and drink selections here: try Watercore's ciders, they are carefully crafted and delicious and the price is right. Tell the folks behind the bar what your flavor preference is and they will steer you right and let you have a taste to be sure you're going to enjoy your beverage. There are also many delicious pies to choose from for dinner or dessert and I have never seen anyone take a bite that didn't finish their plate.
Get in there, support local business and art, and I promise you will be glad you did!

We called in here to check it out and we're very pleasantly surprised. Pie is their thing, which is different and I like a nice pie. We didn't sample the food as we just stopped for a quick drink. After reading the menu I reckon we are going to have to come back to have pie.... why wouldn't you??Only negative is the acoustics in the room - it was quiet as a church when we were there. I'd imagine it to be quite noisy when full. Maybe unpleasantly so.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very ADA friendly. Seems all to be on one level with no stairs and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible
