We held our first Christmas Party at Watercore. It was amazing. The beef was some of the tenderest that we have tasted. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes were delightful. The staff was attentive and they brought the holiday magic to make the event special. If you want the place to host a party in Wenatchee then this is the team to work with.

Beautiful space right in the center of downtown Wenatchee. They host popular trivia, comedy, and live music events. Their ciders are a great, I’m not an expert but can always find something on tap I enjoy, they are happy to help you find what you will love. The hand pies, both savory and sweet, are delicious. The events draw a fun crowd, and service has always been friendly. Must try when in the apple capital!

Had a great time at Szmanias Catering pop-up dinner 8/23rd! Fun spot, great vibe and delicious food!! My favorite cider was "The Duchess" but each paring was refreshing and complimented the dinner well. The warm Rhubarb Custard pie with whipped cream was incredible too. We ate it so fast, we forgot to take a picture :-)

We met Sarah, the owner of Watercore, at a separate event outside of the brick and mortar location. We had a great visit, discussing the ciders available at the event (Dutchess was especially delish!!!) as well as the cider-making process. She was so kind and generous in sharing her knowledge. The ciders were beyond what I imagined and there is no comparison with generic grocery store cider. As visitors to Wenatchee, we will miss visiting her establishment’s open hours. If I could extend the stay long enough to try more of the ciders on tap, I would. Watercore is at the top of my wish list for a future return trip.
