I have never had a bad experience with this Wendy's location the entire team is fast and lovely, and the food is always piping hot and constantly high quality. Best chicken burgers, so juicy and real chicken! Today I got a new frosty swirl and they put a cute w on it. Always having an amazing day when I go here!

I can't believe after being customers earlier tonight, at about 8pm 10/06/24 what happened. We had a long ride home (2 hrs) so my brother went inside to use the restroom, he needed someone open the door because it wasn't opening and when he came out of the restroom, a heavy-set, tall man was waiting for him outside the door and told him that he couldn't come back ever again. WHY!? He did nothing wrong! He just asked if someone could open the door because he wasn't sure how to open it and didn't want to accidentally open the door on someone. Keep in mind it is literally our first time here. You know, it sucks being a public worker (He and I) and getting kicked out when he did nothing wrong and was a paying customer.The huge man was walking behind him literally breathing behind his neck and forcing him out of the back door. Very childish behavior of these people. I was going to ask to speak to someone but did not want to make a big deal and we had a long drive back home. So Wendy Employee's, next time you kick someone out, at least give them a reason. Because you didn't and that just showed how much in the WRONG you were.
