A Buttery Chicken Biscuit, a Maple Bacon croissant and an order of Biscuit and Gravy today via mobile order. I picked up my order and drive through from a friendly smiling young lady. I took it home to eat. I was super happy with everything that I saw life I took it out of the bag. The crew did a fantastic job wrapping up those buttery croissant and biscuit without getting the butter all over the outside of the foil. They were nice and neatly wrapped and placed.. My Biscuit and Gravy was soft, had lots of sausage and had plenty of gravy despair. You can tell whoever put my order together actually took pride in thier job. I highly appreciated this! Too many times that fast food restaurant get a bad rap. I made sure to call in my at-a-boy compliment so that the store knew what a good job they did.

Went through the drive thru, and I ordered my food, stating what I wanted. The girl taking order didn't put it in right. When I polite corrected her, she could be heard sighing. Didn't ask me what sauce I wanted and just put in no sauce. When I asked for the sauce I wanted, she just gave me my total and told me to pull up to the second window. The girl and a few other employees made it clear they were upset that more cars were pulling into the drive thru. A 3rd employee had to tell them to watch their language as he was handing me my drink. This place used to have the best service of all the fast food places in town. I'm sad to see it changed.

Orderd s full meal, received fries, the drink, and for some reason... crackers and a spoon. Not the 10 piece nuggets...
They got my order wrong at the drive through and there was a huge line so I had to go in and I had to wait so long for them to remake the one item that everything else in my order got cold and soggy. They should prioritize fixing orders they messed up instead of making orders for people who just walked in. I went to the drive through for speed and convenience and I was stuck there for 25+ minutes and got a bag of cold food. Terrible customer service. Go to Wendy’s on the other side.

The "Big Deal" would of been good if it tasted fresh. The double burger was cold dry and just a spec of condiment. Next time the cook decides to take a snack while making food please change your gloves!!! I would pass on going to this location again.
