I came there at 430 pm on a sat. And all the doors were locked. They would not let you dine in. A bunch of lazy kids just smiling and watching me walk away. I will never go there again!

Seriously! There was an error on my order from doordash and the GM went above and beyond to make sure that I got the correct sandwich and it was even after breakfast hours. Thank you so much Wendy's for doing that for me! I can't believe it. The best customer service I have experienced at fast food ever. And nowadays that is saying a lot.

Wendy's in East Wenatchee not so good. Ordered online. Went in to pick it up., told the cashier I was there to pick up an online order. Gave her my name, she said okay! Stood in line for 12 minutes. Waiting before some guy. I think it was assistant manager/shift manager came up and said oh hey we don't have any chili. So what do you want us to replace it with his attitude? Really sucked. We got our money back for the chili. Took the rest of our order. Got home. The burgers weren't what we had ordered. It was just a bad experience all the way around! So if you're craving Wendy's I would definitely go to Wenatchee Wendy's not East Wenatchee. Have a nice day y'all!

If anything Wendys is consistent, consistently messing up something in my order. over the past 2 months ive gone probably 4 times i love wendys but something is always wrong at this location. weather its no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger or sauce not getting put into the bag or whole items just missing or completely incorrect. i love Wendys, maybe just not this one i hope they can get it together soon.
Got to Wenatchee at 9 am decided to eat breakfast. Got the awesome breakfast burrito combo. With my app I got 2 dollars off so 5.85 for breakfast and earned points for free food. Employee said the fries were cold so they made fresh ones. Awesome service and food

We waited for our special order being prepared and got it and the hamburger was cold. How do you make to order but then send out cold food. I am sick of bad food and poor customer service. Someone needs to be running the kitchen to make sure all orders come out hot.

Wendy's isn't just about the square burgers or collabs; it's about the whole vibe! I recently visited one that had a super modern interior. Think comfy seating, cool lighting, and even a super clean restroom. It felt more like a coffee shop than a fast-food joint. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was, as always, on point and hot . Five stars for stepping up the interior game! The service is off the charts!!!
